I drive out of my way to go to this Starbucks sometimes because I go next door to pick up a salad for my lunch and get a coffee... for my breakfast at Starbucks. But mostly because the people are nice and they make a great mocha. Read more
Last time I was at this place I ordered a drink with iced almond milk, well instead I got it hot like a latte . I actually... liked it so much, that this time I came in to order this drink and the manager Jacob was yelling at me because I told him thatit?s not the same drink. It had mocha in it., and I don't like mocha. I asked to re -do it for a latte with almond milk and hekept yelling at me and being rude, its just a drink no need to be so aggressive! No need for you to jump out of the window toaggressively talking to, especially I told you I will pay for it, but you just kept yelling and acting so aggressive! Read more
The staff is great and friendly 9 out of the 10 times I go and I can always trust in the quality of their flat whites, but I... have to admit I'm really disappointed with the cold brew quality at this location. It always tastes watered down and a bitoverbrewed. One small splash of cream shouldn't nearly completely pale the coffee and while I understand making cold brew is abit of a process, this shouldn't be an issue if following standards. Read more
What I like most about going to a chain coffee shop is that there is usually some consistency in what you order. Not here... apparently! I ordered through the app so there was no miscommunication and my order was completely wrong. Truly disappointing. Read more
This place has really started to go down hill. Very rarely does this place make the order correct and in a timely fashion. I... understand there is constant turnover with employees but that a different issue. Just ordered a drink no whip cream. And ofcourse it has it. Is it a big deal? Not the worse thing. I just didn?t order it nor do I want it. So now I?m the cold I have todeconstruct my drink. I?ve learned that at this store you have to ask them to repeat your order back to you or you will justget what they want to serve you. Starbucks if you see this; please add a screen outside that shows the order and that waypeople like me will know exactly what the person who is taking the order heard. Read more
