I ordered a mac & cheese & this is what i got. the texture was so bad. It only took 1 bite for me to notice it. Worst popeyes... ever, it should be renewed or just shut down completely along with the employees. I had also ordered a sprite & I took a sip ofthe sprite it tasted like straight up water. I had to throw it away & stop by at the gas station for an ACTUAL sprite. sodisappointed with this popeyes. It?s supero old & moldy. Read more

The great food is worth a usually long wait. The chicken is cooked very well and looks great. This is a good spot if you like... chicken. Quality of taste is understandable with price. Food is satisfactory as it is what you would expect from Popeye?s. Verydetailed food I love it and also very wonderful place to hang out. Foods are always newly cooked especially during lunch time. Ilike how clean it is. This Popeye?s, is by far one of the best locations I have ever been to. Their employees are very friendly.Everything was great! I would definitely go again. Read more

Terrible Popeyes location. By far the worst Popeyes Ive ever been. I never leave reviews, but something is seriously wrong with... this location. Their inside is always closed, they once closed even after I ordered online, and if not that then the line issuper long. Ive been to this location 3 times and none of them have been good. The chicken is older and dryer than Popeyesusual standard. This ones closest to home, but I will need to find a new location now. What a shame. Seriously. Don't go here. Read more

This is hands down the worst Popeye's in the country. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Your order is... guaranteed to be incorrect. They always miss something. Their chicken looks like it's been cooked the day before. Their hoursare randomly changing. Just a horrible managed Popeye's, which is such a shame. New management is badly needed. Read more

So today I decided to go back to this location. Terrible mistake. I ordered a surf n turf through the app and again for pickup.... I figured since my last encounter, the dining area might have reopened. Nope. I noticed that my ApplePay stated there was anerror with payment and the order wasn't properly placed through the app. I decided not to wait in line and since "an error withyour payment" popped up, I left. A couple hours later, I noticed an email for my order, stating my ApplePay went through andbasically placed my order and never picked it up. So I went to pick it up. When I got to the speaker, I explained to the managermy situation, gave my name, order, order number, time placed, etc. He paused for a short time then said he didn't have anythingin the system, so he wouldn't be able to do anything about it. Told him I had a receipt and pulled up to the window. The staffseemed jaded over how busy they were and I waited to see what the manager said. He came by, asked for my name and I showed himthe receipt. He went back for several minutes then came back with my food. He seemed quite irritated with the fact that he hadto even put my order together. No bother for apologizing, no thank you's, no nothing. Typical service expected from thislocation and their staff, sadly. Once I opened the box, the food quality, again, didn't surprise me. He gave me old, smallchicken pieces, 4 old shrimp and an overbaked biscuit. Different recipe for cajun rice? It tasted different from before they gotrid of it. Once again, this place has really gone down hill with food and service. Save yourself the trip and money and avoidthis location, if possible. Read more

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at 12pm on Tuesday 6/21/2022 and received a bag that smelled rancid. I pulled up, opened the... bag and discovered a burnt and spoiled piece of something (see photo). I pulled back to the driver through, because the diningroom was closed and was told. "we haven't changed the grease in our fryers in weeks and the cooperate office is making us stayopen". I will be contacting the county health department to file a complaint. I cannot believe a company would willingly riskmaking someone dangerously sick because the either cant find oil and are trying to save a few dollars. The smell will keep mefrom ever eating at a Popeyes again. Read more

Placed an online order directly on the Popeyes website at 3:45pm. Placed the order and was notified that the order would be... ready for pickup on the dining room counter at 4:03pm. Headed out and arrived at 4:07pm only to be ignored by a young manfilling the boxes with chicken. No one appeared to be assigned to the register, as I was never greeted. The drive thru guystepped away from the window and stated that they were only doing drive thru orders. I mentioned that I had a pick up order thatwas placed online, but was directed to the drive thru anyway. I was trying to avoid waiting, which is why I placed the orderonline. Instead, I waited in a line of at least 8 cars for a prepaid order. If I hadn't already paid for my order, I would'vegone somewhere else. If placing orders online isn't an option, then it should be removed from the website and if dining roomorders aren't an option, then perhaps the doors should remain locked. SMH. Read more

Worst Popeyes ever. Meals are only correct about 50% of the time. They don?t even maintain their posted hours! Went 8/23 at... 5:45. Dining area closed. Sign on the speaker, handwritten said ?Closed until 5?. Employee says over the speaker they will beopening at 6. Went again today - sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before I got to the speaker and was notified thru anemployee on the speaker that the location is only taking mobile orders. Used to go to this Popeyes at least once a week. Andthese last two visits have made the experience horrendous. I refused to order today and will not be returning. I hope morepeople agree. This location needs a full overhaul of its staff. Know that you, as a specific location, have lost a lot ofcustomers due to your inconsistency and horrible customer service. Very disappointed as this location has drasticallydowngraded. Read more
