I had a previous review saying that I liked Gail's but it lacked some consistency. They have changed my mind and continued to... impress me and today's occasion was one of the best. Our server Ariunaa did a great job, both at the beginning (quick to get toour table and get our coffees out) and during our meal. Food was delicious and the coffee was too. My wife got the berrygranola parfait and loved it. She would have liked the option to have a sweetened yogurt in place of the plain Greek. This wasa small thing, though, and she would order it again. I got the 2 eggs and bacon and it was cooked perfectly. Most places I getfood cant poach an egg but Gail's does a great job. Very happy with our experience! If you havent gotten breakfast at Gail'sbefore then you should strongly consider it! Read more
We were seated promptly, and our waitress was attentive! The food is good quality for the money and our sandwiches even came... with a soup! This was the best chicken rice soup I have ever had! We will be going back again! Read more
After my initial review, we decided to give them one more chance. The food was good and they got our orders correct, with no... issues. Steve the owner recognized me as we were checking out and came over to shake my hand and thank us for coming back.Though our meals weren't offered to be comped like they stated they would be in their response to the original post, (we weregoing to pay regardless) it was nice to be recognized and he did sincerely apologize about the off day they had. They're bumpedup to 4 stars. "They messed up on my meal three times. After sending it back the last time, by then my family was done eatingtheir meals. I didn't eat, and the owner said they could take my meal (which I never got to eat) off the bill in a way as ifthey were initially going to still charge me for it. They did end up comping the meal for us, but this was not the first time wehave gone there and they completely messed up our orders. Won't be the first place we choose to go to anymore at all... We wentthere many times but we're done now. This could be a five star place if they can get their things together." Read more
I went with a party of three in the late morning on a weekday. Service wasn't fast, it wasn't crowded, my coffee cup was empty.... Prices are a little bit much for the food,and service. My wife likes the place, I don't, the eggs were overcooked. I sent myeggs Benedict back. We eat 3 breakfast for almost $40 plus the tip. Read more
Good food, service and prices. I met 10 people there for breakfast. Table was ready and coffee served immediately.
