It was fine only that the donuts were not new, I mean soft

The ladies and gents at Dunkin are wonderful. They are friendly, they joke with you. They are very helpful.
I normally would never rate a Dunkin? Donuts but the man who works the drive-through window on weekday mornings, I think his... name is Oscar, literally puts a smile on my face every Time I visit. He is so friendly and goes out of his way to make yourmorning better. Also the coffee and breakfast sandwiches have always been tasty at this location. Oscar deserves a raise. Read more
The WORST location. Do NOT go here. I just ordered food for my kids, 3 hash browns and 6 wraps-2 each. Those came out no... problem. I ordered myself a bacon avocado toast and that took them 10 minutes to make! I paid, and we were told after 3 minutesto pull up to the second window. No problem, there were people behind us. Well, 6 people behind us got their orders and no onebrought me my food. The guy came up and asked if we were still waiting on the toast and then after we said yes, he said she wasgoing to make it now. I WAS FIRST AND PAID BEFORE EVERYONE ELSE! it was finally brought to me, and the lady who handed it oversaid the person making it had a lot of orders to make. Great venue! Clean, organized and.. thankfully great first aid. Food is TO EXPENSIVE though!

I said again good morning and placed order. The lady who took my order was devika or somethingsimilar, it's indian lady who strongly has issues with good morning.
If so is the case, why wouldnt the managers place suchemployees at positions where they dont have to face customers?
