Standing here for 30 mins, open? people eating inside, no one behind the register?
Staff does not know their own menu and between the three workers, they seem to barely be able to read English . I ordered... online which spells out everything I wanted on the subs for them. It took three people to stare at the receipt together tryingto decipher the order/ingredients. Thank god I was there before they made the subs.. had I not been there to guide them throughand correct their mistakes as they went, who knows what I would have ended up with. Examples of mistakes: I ordered a 12? and6? sub, they started making the wrong sizes for both, they did not notice I selected deluxe (extra meat) for both, they did notnotice I added extra cheese for one of the subs. When I asked for extra onions and olives from the younger female worker, themale worker stopped helping another customer to snap at me saying that the sandwich wouldn?t close that way and threw a coupleolives back into the bin. Overall, this was the slowest I have ever seen a sub get put together ever, not even accounting forthe need to start over after the 6? and 12? error I have been a loyal subway customer for years and years and this experiencehas given me a new appreciation for the subway sandwich maker being an artist. Order pick up scheduled for 9:45, when I arrived, the employee ignored me, she was making someone else?s order, didn?t even... greet me, than asked if I was Brittany twice and told her no twice, she had not even started my online order and started makingit while I was waiting? it?s 9:55 now? smh Read more
I brought sandwiches several times there and just realized that the sandwich got skinnier and skinnier each time. The same man... did not even put a fair amount of veggies as a normal subway would do. Probably will not return. ???? Read more
