This is a comfortable neighborhood Starbucks location! No shortage of parking. Baristas are nice and want to do a good job. Good... vibes. Read more

Small little Starbucks coffee shop in Arlington Ridge, Virginia. Employees were working as fast as they could to push every... order out. Since I stopped by to do some work, I wasn't rushed to receive my order. However, it did take them a good 10 minutesto get my drink to me. Refresher was delicious and I wished I would have gotten more! Read more

The baristas are the friendliest, kindest people!! I?ll go out of my way just to go to this specific location.

Always more than a 15 minute wait for a drink - even if there is one person waiting ahead of you. Literally the slowest... Starbucks I have ever been to. Somehow always missing ingredients/foods etc. that the Starbucks up the road has? so not issueswith ability to order. Read more

I went in to Starbucks for a pink drink. I told the cashier I wanted a large pink drink with extra coconut milk. You could tell... the barista was busy. I waited awhile for my drink without rushing the barista. When it came time for him to make my drink, Inoticed he had grabbed a very empty coconut milk carton and poured the small amount left to the drink. But when he was handingme the drink, before I grabbed it, i asked him if he could add more coconut milk to the drink. He didn?t have to remake thewhole thing but if he could just add more or give me a little on a separate cup and I could do it myself. While I asked, he gotupset and aggressively threw the drink in the garbage. He repeated, ?you watched me make you this drink and now you?re tellingme you didn?t like it?? And I said, ?I was just asking for extra milk. I didn?t mean for you to throw the whole drink away.? Hewent ahead and made a new one with an attitude. Another Starbucks employee saw him and asked him who didn?t like the drinksarcastically and he replied, looking for my name on the little sticker, ?Daniela over there, she didn?t like the drink?. Whenhe handed me the drink he aggressively said ?Starbucks used to have, the barista promise, emphasis on the USED to.? I said I?msorry and left the Starbucks store teary eyed. I understand that baristas are busy, I understand that it must be very annoyingto have to remake peoples drinks. But as a customer, that specified extra coconut milk since the very beginning, and getting thereaction I did from the barista was highly inappropriate. I?m a person that is diagnosed with anxiety and battles withdepression. The unnecessary aggression that came from this particular person is very off putting specially coming from aStarbucks store since Starbucks prides itself on inclusivity, mental health and kindness. I hate to place this review but I dothink this needs to be addressed and the person at the store needs to be spoken to. It?s not okay to treat an Read more

They are soooo slow! Always, since I moved here in winter of 2021. Specially they big tall black guy that has red glasses and... sometimes a hat. He?s just dancing and not rushing. Today March 20, 2022 I waiting over 35 minutes for my mobile coffee. Noteven a sorry! It?s an average of 7 dollars per coffee. I?d expect more from a Starbucks even Dunkin Donuts are better. I don?t mind paying Starbucks prices in exchange for the usually consistent good service. I ordered ahead, waited till 5... minutes after the estimated time my order was expected to be ready, then finally asked if they saw my order in the queue. Theysaid they were out of something (but hadn?t even started the other item). It took another 10 minutes and a conversation with themanager before we had both drinks. I hate leaving bad reviews because I understand that things happen, that staffing is hardright now, etc. But I counted 6 employees working behind the counter and watched them clear a line of people as I waited. Itwasn?t up to Starbucks? standards. Read more
