I love the (fairly) new drive-thru Starbucks on Lee Highway. I always order via the app and pick up in the drive-thru. The... employees are fabulous - friendly, attentive and helpful. I have rarely had any mistakes on my order, but the few times I havethe employee quickly and cheerfully apologized and corrected the order. The most impressive thing about this very busy locationis how the inconveniently laid out parking lot is striped in lanes - one for drive-thru customers and one that passes alongsideit so customers who need to park can still easily enter and exit one of the two parking areas. It all runs very smoothlyprovided the cars in line don't block the parking areas, which most people are conscientious about avoiding. Read more
