There was a burly bearded guy calling out order names and handing them over to customers. He was working Sunday Labor Day... weekend 6-7pm ish. It's been a long time since i been to a shake shack. I have been to this spot before and i absolutely love it. I no longer live... in the area anymore so i can't come as often as i would like but it highly recommend this location as everytime i come i neverbeen disappointed. The girlfriend and I got dinner here for the first time, and unfortunately, it wasn't good. Upon ordering at the kiosk, you... enter your phone number and are supposed to get a text letting you know your order is ready. After getting an order confirmationtext, we patiently waited 20 minutes before checking in with the cashier. Apparently they failed to send the text, so our foodwas cold. Otherwise, our experience was mediocre. The portions are very small for the price you pay, the shakes aren't great,and my bacon and cheese fries were hastily thrown together, as there was barely enough bacon and cheese for a couple fries, letalone a whole order of fries. Long story short, it's not worth it. Overpriced, small portions, and the staff didn't let us knowour order was ready. I'm disappointed. Read more

The Hamburger is very small. The price is very high compared to size and taste. You pay $5 for 6 pieces of mediocre and... non-crispy fries. You would pay $9 for a quarter size burger! $3.50 for a half 12oz cup tea and lemonade(the rest is ice)! Donot waste your time & money here, there are many better hamburger with reasonable price around here. Read more

I went on October 26 to try the new truffle sandwiches, but for some reason they didn't have it. I was only able to order the... fries with truffle sauce. It's a shame that I would have driven so far just to go try that sandwich and they didn't have it????????. I had to settle for ordering a regular burger. Read more

Came here on April 9, 2021, but forgot to leave a review. Anyway, this is a very nice place to grab chicken bites; a burger; a... shake; a beer; and more! Only downside is that some of the foods are overpriced in my opinion and I think the craft beerselection could be better. Delicious and nutritious! Kidding, but who cares it's Shake Shack. Consistent quality. Burgers are simply prepared, but packed... with flavor. The shack sauce puts them over the edge. Honestly, the best burger around short of Five Guys. Fries are delightful,crispy, and are best paired with classic ketchup. If you have room, their milkshakes are a perfect ending. This particularlocation has ordering kiosks, making the process fast and reliable. It's central in Ballston and right across from the new mall,it's easily accessible.
