My favorite shift manager is working tonight, so my dining experience is even "more better"!! And...her face glows -- lights up... the workstation! There's something about her pleasant smile and cheerful disposition that makes me feel like I'm a neighborthat just popped in for a bite to eat. Food's fresh and looks appealing in the various bins. Every order's put together withcare --nothing frantic or thrown in a box-- just smooth moves. Even the music is soothing -- I think it's Smooth Jazz. Yep...an all around pleasant dining experience! Ok?so this review saddens me. I F?ing loooove Popeyes. But the last two times I?ve visited this location its been a really bad... experience. Not only does it take the staff foreverrrrrrr to complete your order, they ALWAYS mess up the order and give me anincorrect meal. Ordered 5 tenders combo & and a regular chicken sandwich and I never got the tenders, instead I got a two piecebox and a chicken sandwich DRENCHED in Mayo. It was gross. They forget to bag up the sauces you ask for (why ask what sauces Iwant if you?re not going to give them to me) I love that chicken at Popeyes but I hate their service and the experience I haveevery time I go. Idk if I?m just going to replace Popeyes with another chicken spot or just give up on fried chicken alltogether. Very frustrating?. Read more

Extremely slow service. Food is always cold and the inside is always very dirty. I ordered a 4 pice combo from the drive thru... and they gave me four legs and two thighs. They were cold, dry and hard to chew. Fries were also gross. Read more
I decided I wanted chicken. But I had ordered so much from KFC lately I decided I needed a change. And I have heard good... things about Popeyes from friends before. So, I decided, why not order from them? So I went online and found out I could orderfrom many delivery services. One was Doordash and one was Grubhub. As I trust Grubhub a little more I ordered from them. ButI noticed that Doordash's delivery fee was smaller and while they still added to the menu prices, like 30 or 40 cents per items,it wasn't that pricey. As I wasn't ordering a lot, in hindsight, ordering from Doordash MIGHT have been a better idea. Butlet's move on with the review on POPEYES ordered via Grubhub. I ordered a 3 piece Chicken Dinner (Spicy) with Red Beans andRice, a Biscuit, and a large Diet Coke. It got to me on time, after they did the change-the-ETA thing, and the driver was notonly very polite but warned me about the lid on the drink. It was cracked in two places and he suggested that Popeyes was usingcheap plastic in their lids. I thanked him for the warning. The Diet Coke was cold, the somewhat small Biscuit was salty asheck, the Chicken Dinner (a leg, a thigh, and a wing) was meant to be spicy but I only detected spice on the thigh. It was theGOOD level of spice - just adding enough heat without covering the taste - but it was only added to one piece. And the Red Beanand Rice seemed to be mostly red sauce with some rice and, to be honest, invisible beans. Because I don't think I found any. Or I failed to taste them. I even took a photo and can't tell if it had beans or not. It felt like I was eating watered downsoup. Over all, for what I got, for how disappointing it was, and for what it cost I should have gone with KFC and ended up witha much better meal. Update - Ordered via Grubhub because there was a deal. This location is unsanitary and should be shut down. After waiting 30 minutes for my food to be cold, I was able to snap... pictures of how disgusting everything looked. The staff here are disrespectful and there are a lot of things that can get crosscontaminated. I recommend anyone looking for fresh food to look for a different location in the area. Read more
My fave Shift Manager was working tonight, so my dining experience was even better!! Her ready smile and pleasant nature always... makes me feel welcome! Whenever I dine in, I have a sense that I'm dropping in at a neighborhood friend's house. All the staffare also pleasant, and everyone works well with each other. The restaurant is always clean. The food in all the bins looksappetizing. The customers at this location are also nice. It's just plain nice--all the way around! Come on over!! Read more
