Loved this place! This was my first time trying Poké and it was delicious! Lots of vegan and vegetarian options too!

Poke it up is great! In my opinion it's overpriced for what you get, almost every Asian business knows to fill you up on rice... and lettuce so they do the same. Make sure to come on. A busy day to guarantee freshness cos in a slow day I wouldn't get theraw fish the offer. Read more

Though I?m trying to eat less fish due to the damage caused by overfishing & some of the industry, this place is one of my... favorite Poké options when I?m craving it. All the ingredients are really fresh and their portions are generous compared toother places. Photos of a bowl and wrap. Read more

I was taking a jog around the Ballston Quarter area, but I couldn't resist stopping by when I spotted this lovely little spot!... The restaurant itself has a super clean-cut and simple aesthetic, and generally feels very modern with a ton of natural lightingfrom the floor-length windows surrounding the seating area. There isn't any inside dining (during June 2021), but there is anice outdoor seating area to the side of the restaurant, as well as a publicly accessible set of picnic tables right behind. Igot the regular build-your-own bowl with brown rice, spicy tuna, yellow tail, seaweed salad, mango, cucumber, ginger, nori, green onion, and sesame ginger dressing. You get a pretty sizeable portion; I honestly had a bit of difficulty finishing theentire bowl, and the large bowl could definitely be split into multiple meals. All of the ingredients were incredibly fresh anddelicious, and I absolutely loved their sesame ginger dressing. I did feel like there was slightly too much rice for the amountof protein and toppings that came with the bowl, but I appreciated that the rice was still nice and warm when I ordered and youcan order the bowl with half rice/half salad instead (although the salad is mostly just plain romaine lettuce with a few spinachleaves). I guess management recently changed. I came in right as they opened. I was the only customer in the store, and there was one... pickup order they were prepping. I always come in and order the same thing every Sunday. A large bowl with 3 fish, and about 10toppings depending on what I'm in the mood for. Today was different. They refused to service me despite no one else being inthe store and told me to fill out a full 8.5x11 sheet (wasting paper) then they made me prepay rather than watch them build mybowl (not a big deal I suppose, they always get it right when I say things one at a time) then they built half the bowl and thentold me I was limited to 6 toppings... At this point had I not already paid I would have walked out. Finally after rethinkingwhat nearly half of my toppings to remove - remember I get just about the same thing every Sunday so I've got a habit - I washastily handed my bag. I won't be coming back, I don't know what management changed here, but if I wont be treated with suchdisrespect by service staff. Read more
