I always come here I love the food today I put a note that I need light sauce on my pizza but I think someone read it wrong and... give me extra sauce ???? I just have to deal with it. I'm a commuter. I got places to be. People to see. Trains to catch. I also have the attention span of a 3 year old and today I... missed my normal transfer. The details are unimportant, what matters is that I found myself at Roslyn station with 10 mins tospare before my next train. The Panera upstairs got me my coffee and brownie in less than a minute, and the cashier wasefficient and friendly. I made my next train. My coffee is hot and the brownie is good. The food is typical for a Panera, and the space is small because of the urban setting, but the experience rises to a five star... experience because of the friendliness and attention of the staff. I recommend coming during non peak hours. If you can'tavoid peak hours, and it is too full, there are also some more expensive options upstairs. Read more
Great service! I have purchased a big order with over 30 items for our staff appreciation day. They prepared every single item... with care. One of the soup was missing but they resolved the problem very quick and send the soup to our office within 30minutes. Professional and great manager and fabulous customer service!
