I love my Nespresso machine. We?ve always ordered the pods on the Nespresso website but were excited to visit their store for... the first time. We were pretty disappointed. Nothing in the store they don?t offer online and the staff acted like we were inthe way by coming into the store. They also acted super annoyed when I asked about new flavors and recommendations to try. Idefinitely recommend just buying your pods online and skipping the store. Read more

The service at this store is terrible. I have had three different experiences over the last couple of years where I was passed... over, despite being in line, to help someone else behind me; assumed to not be buying anything?despite having a list of sleevesto order; or just treated rudely?I once asked a question of the associate behind the register/sleeve counter and a manager saidto repeat the question to him because the sales associate has a line?but there was no line when I got there (one person justshowed up in the line), I am asking if they sell a certain sleeve so a yes or no question, and I had already asked the question,why would I repeat it again? More over his tone was so rude and unnecessary. As someone mentioned, they have a hierarchy ofcustomers?not sure what it is based on (although it?s pretty obvious now that I think of it)?but I seem to always be at thebottom regardless of if I am first in line, middle of asking a simple question, etc. I live around the corner from here and thislast experience is enough for me. I am going to stick to online ordering which is what I normally do. I clearly do not fit whatthey consider to be a customer ?worthy? of service. Read more

I had been waiting in line to be helped for a least seven, eight minutes, when a lady walks into the store and goes to a floor... associate and gets to cut ahead of me to be assisted first. Not sure how they do things at this store but that struck me asincredibly rude, and I know the associate had seen me standing in line first. Good selection of pods, clean store, butseriously rubbed me the wrong way that there is some unwritten hierarchy of service that I was at the bottom of. I?ll stick withordering online from now on. I visited the store earlier today to buy two sleeves of coffee and of course, left with a more than that. The espresso that I... sampled as well as the customer service that I receive underscores why I love this location. I have bought several machines formy family and friends and continue to be thankful for the little things in life. I have used this store on several occasions. The staff has been polite, professional and quite helpful making coffee... selections. The manager, Heather, has been extremely helpful and her customer service is excellent; very much appreciated!! Nespresso is our go to coffee now! Read more

The Manager working 7/5 was not willing to sell me 2 sleeves as I got there at 7pm. I traveled as fast as I could to make it... before 7pm. She had no personal interest or care about my situation. I was just another customer that came too late. The worstpart was that there was another customer wondering around inside the store trying to decide what to get. I didn?t get it. It?snot like there was a lineup behind me. It would have taken an extra minute to make my night and I would have been much quickerthan the customer already inside trying to decide what to purchase. I work in retail so I know how much of an impact going theextra does for someone. Disappointing. Read more

Terrible Customer service I have wasted 4 hours of my life trying to order a new machine. I have never been so disappointed. I... placed an order almost a month ago and was told the machine was in stock and I would receive it in 7-10 days. Not only has itnot shipped, it?s out of stock with no info on when I will actually receive it. I have called over and over to order a moreexpensive machine that was ?in stock? again but they won?t refund my first order. I have been told twice that I will receive acall back by a supervisor to ?fix? this situation. Never received any calls. I never leave bad reviews but I am so disgusted bythis entire situation.
