Visited the Cafe today for lunch and was once again wowed by the quality of service and food. Though the place is empty and... times are tough due to the pandemic, my meal was fresh, carefully prepared, and lovingly delivered. Burnt toast and soggy sandwich. I order the turkey sandwich with a side salad. They notified me that they ran out of wheat... bread and so my sandwich was served on sourdough bread. The sandwich bread was burnt on one side and was served soggy and oddlycold ( had me wondering how long my burnt toasted sandwich was sitting after being prepared). 10/10 My intuition brought me to this place today. I was expecting the best from this small, unpretentious cafe. I was... pleasantly surprised of the space, music and overall feel. I took one look at the menu and new that I was in for a real treat. Iwas in line and sparked up a conversation with "Beth" in for her favorite lemon cookie, She was gracious enough to buy me onetoo! I "dined in". Every "staff member" wore a smile and offered the specials. Driss was a dream! It's literally service youdream of, you must go just to meet Driss. He is awesome.
