This establishment strictly accepts credit cards only so if you have cash you\'re out of luck. Being a culinary school,... shouldn\'t you set a standard with using correct ingredients for a recipe? Their carrot cake for example is a mish mash oforange juice and cranberries? I noticed no cleaning or wiping off of tables or chairs. Coffee is luke warm and tastes betterat home. I asked for cream and was offered soy or oatmilk. Prices are average but be ready to be surprised with their take orversion of traditional recipes.\nThere is wifi with a decent signal. Also, tea, juice and 4 packs of small wine bottles to go. Seating inside, several tables and a few outdoors with umbrellas. If you don\'t find parking right in front drive around thebuilding to the side facing Wendy\'s. Think it may be metered parking. Read more

Went looking for Queen Mother\'s chicken and finally realized it was in La Cocina and not it\'s own space (they do a great job... of posting outside but it was still a bit confusing at first). We finally ordered our chicken (though Thursday Perogies werealso calling us)... We then started talking to the staff and realized how interesting this place is. Nonprofit to support jobcreation in food/service industries, with this shared kitchen space (and more, seriously checkout their website). We loved ourQueen chicken sandwiches and definitely want to come back and try out more food and support this amazing mission (the tapas menulooked amazing - next thing on the list to try is the Creamy Chicken and Coconut Rice Bowl by Valenciana).
