Management made the poor decision to shut this restaurant down to bare bones. They are drive through only, with everything shut... down on the inside, like when COVID was raging. They are doing this for personal benefit and not public safety, which is whythey need to improve their conditions and open up restrooms and inside activity. Read more

The girl who took my order was nice and patient, BUT the order was completely butchered. The soda lid was not on properly and... spilled all over my lap. My Gf asked for no gravy on her mashed potatoes and clarified 3 times. Gravy was on the potatoes. MyNashville Hot Tenders barely had any sauce and tasted bland. Many items we wanted were ?out? -- just don't come here. Not worththe headache. Update: ordered a large Mac n cheese and was given small. Nothing about this order was right. Read more
Been in many countries around the world and tried their KFC?s. KFC in US SUCKS!! Especially this branch in Arlington. Their soda... was probably mixture of unfiltered tap water with syrup. Chicken sandwich wasn?t spicy as described, very dry. Mashed potatoestaste awful, mac and cheese as well. Only ?ok? thing was the gravy. They charged for honey mustard and bbq sauces. I bought a big order and also they didn't want to give us more honey mustard and... BBQ sauces I needed to pay extra for them. Also I had to come back to request my beverages because they didn't put it in myorder also they kept my card till I realized they didn't give it back to me. Read more
Yesterday my husband went to this location and they were missing some things, my husband went to the door and the worker gave... him the gravy in a paper bag but, the lid were broken (both of them), and the all gravy spilled on my sit car. Now We have topay extra cost to clean the next driver sit. Just because one worker did not review our order and make sure everything were allin a plastic bag!!! No fair and very unprofessional is this store. That by the way chicken are very salty and oily. No healthyat all, trash food we ALL eat. Read more
