Ordered extra Mayo and received light Mayo. Very disappointed. I did not realize until I arrived back at the office.
I was happy to find a parking space. The employees were friendly & spoke as soon as I entered. My order was ready in 5 mins. As... always the spicy Italian was good. They have a $6 meal that my granddaughter loved. I will always choose Jimmy John's overJersey Mike's. Read more
BEWARE!! Order favorite item (twice the meat), but they will prepare original size (less meat). App clearly says Favorites... has twice the meat. I called this location, the worker said they don't honor it!! He said the extra cost is for thecheese. Very odd....others I've been to in Oxford, MS and Washington, DC honor it. Read more
I had placed an order for 11:45 delivery. At noon I finally called to see what was going on. A driver hadn't shown up and so no... delivery orders were going out. There was no call to me to inform me of this. Being a teacher, I had classes to teach the restof the day and could not make any other plans. They only offered me a refund which meant I wouldn't receive my food. It's beenmore than an hour and I still haven't received any indication that my food is on it's way or when it will arrive. I've had tocall twice to be told that they still don't know when it will be on the way. If you want reliable service, I'd look elsewhere. Read more
