Came for some northeastern Chinese foods and we were not disappointed. Some of the signature northern Chinese dishes we ordered... were on point. They also have American-Chinese dishes and take in a lot to go orders. This restaurant located at anintersection, with parkings in the back, which very convenient. Inside is very outdated and fairly empty, can use some freshpaint and a good tune up on wall decorations ???? Service was very friendly and dishes served fast. Read more

I?m not one to write reviews, especially bad reviews, but I couldn?t resist. My boyfriend and I ordered shrimp fried rice,... general tsos chicken, Mongolian beef, pan fried dumplings and fried wontons. The general tsos chicken and fried dumplings weregood and the shrimp fried rice was okay but as for the rest?.It was an absolute no for me. The Mongolian beef is priced at$15.99 and was 90 percent onion and green onion and 10 percent beef. It was way over priced for little to no beef. Speaking ofmeat, the fried wontons literally had none. We paid almost $9 for 6 balls of over fried pieces of dough. This meal in total cost$60 and was not worth it in the least. I probably would not get Chinese from here again and wouldn?t recommend it to anyoneelse. I gave three stars and not one or two because it was take out and the first time I ordered from here. Maybe it would bebetter a second time. Read more

Earlier today my girlfriend and I were quite excited to do e out together at this Chinese restaurant. Unfortunately our... excitement and good feelings about the place were wiped away, all because of the actions of a female employee who seemed to bethe only employee who was perming most of the tasks in the dining room. She was short, unfriendly, curt, and seemed like shedid not want us there. We probably should have taken the cue, because there were no other customers seated I side of therestaurant. We thought that it was somewhat strange since it was 12:30pm on a Sunday after all. Maybe she is the reason why. So I was trying to simply place an order from the menu, specifically from the combo meal specials that they are offering. Irequested the beef and broccoli combo meal that includes fried rice. I was rudely dismissed with "we don't have it" and notherexplanation given. Then I tried the sweet and sour shrimp. Again no. I was a little flabbergasted by her attitude. Weweren't getting a good vibe from this employee so we just left. Read more

Long wait for a phone call. I have the order and want to check the status, they just said don?t know. The food tastes really... plain, for eggplant, no salty flavor at all, for lamp too much cumin flavor. For the spring onion pancake, OMG, the worst of theworst, don?t even try it. For your sake, any kfc chicken thigh will serve you better. Last but not least, I asked for chopstick, they simply ignore customer request. Am I using hand to eat with??? Read more

Easily the best Chinese food I?ve ever had ? blows away the competition in the entire DC area. The servers were excellent, the... atmosphere was great, and the food was even better. This place seriously deserves 4-5 stars! I will definitely be incorporatingthis restaurant into my regular rotation. Read more
