First time at this location. Ordered the 5pc Wing/Not Hot (4 pcs are pictured because I forgot to take a photo, before digging... in). Chicken was hot, moist and juicy. Might seem odd to mention, but even the slice of toast, and side of pickles tastedgreat.\nGal at the register (dark hair, black mask) was very friendly, and patient when describing the different levels of heat. Will definitely return, and try an order with a bit of spice. Read more

Food is better than expected cause it looks dark and dry, but turned out okay.\n\nThe service, on the other hand, no so good. No... instructions or greetings when we came and had to order by ourselves on the tablet while another customer came after us justordered the food with a real person.\n\nWe substituted the drumsticks with tights because it says it takes 15 mins for thedrumsticks, and we didn’t want to wait that long; however after waiting for some time, they served the drumsticks not tights(tights $3.5 extra). I went and asked for a refund cause they served the wrong food, the girl immediately took over the tray andreplaced the drumsticks with tights and ignored my refund requests. Although I said I didn’t want to waste time waiting, Istood there waiting for her to do the replacement. I guess it’s fine if they finally gave me what I paid for, but no apologiesreceived.\n\nAfter we came back home, we noticed we were charged for special taxes and employee wellness fees, which would befine if it’s disclosed, but I’m not 100% sure if it’s legit since I don’t remember seeing any disclosures whenordering.\n\nFour star for the food and one star the service. Amazing! I tried their hottest sauce and it was HOT! It is a bit more expensive for a sandwich and fries, but it is definitely... worth it. Also there is a bit of a wait because it looks like they make every order individually :)\n\nEdit: dropping it down to4 stars. Was a bit more lenient with the wait since they were newly opened, but service is still very slow, and the workersdon\'t seem to care to move with any sort of speed. Read more

I had a great experience at Hot Lola\'s. The cashier was very nice and I ordered quickly. I was excited to find out that they... have ACTUAL SWEET TEA, which is rare in NoVA. Even in \"Southern style\" establishments it\'s not always available so this wasnice. I would have loved a non sweet option too but I made due just fine.\n\nThe sandwich itself came out very quickly and itwas HUGE. Well worth the $12 price. I got the OG Hot which was kind of spicy but I would probably get a level or two up nexttime.\n\nOverall the food was great and so was the service and I look forward to my next Lola\'s sandwich Read more

This place is fantastic! It was recommended by a friend and I see why!\n\nOn walking in we were immediately greeted and taken... care of by the sweetest little lady who guided us through their spice levels (6 is quite hot, and sooo delicious!)\n\nThechicken is stellar and the service, well I\'d come back just for her! The spice of the spicy chicken sandwich here is real????! They have 5 levels of spice. I chose OG Hot and it was perfect! The... chicken was perfectly seasoned juicy. I also really like the coleslaw and the dressing. I would like to come back to try otherthings on their menu. Read more

Very good chicken, and we tried both 0 and 4 spice levels. Their waffle fries are incredible and the sauce ties it all together... perfectly. Staff practically bent over backwards for us too, very nice people! Fills the chicken-shaped hole in the heart ofRosslyn. Read more

I\'ve had the best that Nashville has to offer and this is pretty damn comparable. The chicken was perfectly crisp while staying... moist and the spice levels were perfect. Glad to see a new option in Rosslyn and I hope they\'re around for years to come. Read more
