Very pleasant dining experience with solid food offerings, even service, and casual ambience. We started with the French onion... soup and it was a bit of a cross with a traditional french onion soup with the flavor of a heartier beef stew. It wasinteresting but not my favorite. The steak tartare crostini was beautifully presented with shaved eggs, red onion, and capersas your choice of DIY toppings, and the tartare was yummy on its own topped with béarnaise sauce. My favorite starter was thescampi with jumbo shrimp lathered with their delicious and homemade fuego spicy paste and topped with garlic butter. Epic. Forour mains, we both had the filet mignon done fuego style with that same delicious paste, and my bearnaise sauce was a nicecomplement. The steak was a good cut not extraordinary but a very enjoyable filet. Our sides were all delicious: creamedspinach that didn't lose the flavor of the spinach, some well blended and very tasty mashed potatoes, and last but not least aheavenly and indulgent lobster mac and cheese. We topped off the evening sharing a very nice caramel fun. All the servers andstaff were professional and friendly, made for a great evening. I wish this place wasn't in a strip mall, takes away from thefeel a bit but once inside, it doesn't matter much. Read more

This was one of the first places that I bookmarked for my trip. All the reviews looked fantastic. All the 5 star reviews are on... point. I'm so glad I visited this place at lunch time. There was only one table occupied at the time. I was told it fills up inthe evenings. They have updated their hours recently, and it looks like they are no longer offering lunch so be sure to checktheir website hours for updates. I was about to order a glass of wine, but decided to get the Guatemalan Sunrise after seeingthe cocktail menu. They really need to put their cocktail menu online. I would have never known they had such unique andrefreshing cocktails. The ingredients are homemade watermelon, Guatemalan guava puree, prosecco, and moscato. Doesn't that soundamazing? It truly was wonderful! I'd get it again. The orchid made it look so tropical. A very good first impression indeed. Itreally was a toss up between this cocktail and El Tamarindo. They both looked great on paper. Then I got the steak frites, butwithout the frites. I substituted it for the steamed broccoli with garlic butter. Everything was delicious, and cooked toperfection. The steak was so tender and had great flavor. It almost tasted like a cut of picanha steak with some fattier bitesalong the edge, even though the menu states that it's sirloin. It was just a great cut of steak. Oh, and that bernaise sauceleft me wanting even more of it. It was good with the broccoli and the steak. I could really taste that lemon. Loved it! Iwould not hesitate to go back if I'm ever in Rosslyn again. The atmosphere is elegant. The service is great. They have indoorand outdoor seating. I kind of wish I had tried the flan, but I wanted to try other dessert spots nearby. Rosslyn is full ofthese gems. This particular steakhouse is a hidden gem. You don't really see it from the road. It's tucked away inside theColonial Village Shopping Center near Eclairons on Wilson Blvd. I just happened to search for restaurants near th Read more

Was also a person in our groups birthday and they excelled by giving a happy birthday desert on thehouse. Great service and a very happy customer! Highly highly recommend. Read more

Early days here at this restaurant. The accommodations given some extenuating circumstances were excellent. The hostess was on... everything, which was very helpful. With that said, the Cowboy Steak was very good. The caesar salad was a little light. Mashedpotatoes were buttery goodness. The bread was nice but less than ample. Read more
