Filthy hole in the wall that emanates the smell of dirty fryer oil that likely has not been cleaned in 10-15 years. Seriously,... the smell that comes from this place is a foul cloud of noxious greasy gas that envelopes the entire area and makes itimpossible to breathe actual air. If you live anywhere within a 5 mile radius of this dump you and all of your earthlypossessions will reek like rotten Chinese food for all of eternity. Without exaggeration, the worst vegetable lo mein that I've ever eaten. Couldn't even finish it. Way too salty. Paltry amount of... veggies. Shredded carrots taste "off." Wouldn't recommend. I placed a GrubHub order and it never showed up. So I went to the restaurant to get my food. When I got... there the person working was very flustered. I told her I placed my order and the driver never showed. I read in other reviewsthat they have their own drivers. Apparently not today. So she did make my food. Mongolian beef and hot and sour soup. Mongolianbeef was underwhelming with too many onions and not enough beef - no scallions - my favorite part usually. Order delivery from Good Fortune via Grubhub. In hindsight I am not sure why because the restaurant has its own drivers so next... time likely will orderly directly. Anyway, ordered a Orange Chicken, of Medium Spicy, with White Rice. Also ordered ShrimpToast. Got to me well within a reasonable time and the driver was polite. The Orange Chicken looked good and tasted evenbetter. The Shrimp Toast was good and came on a bed of wonton 'sticks'. Which was nice. Overall I would say five out offive. Update - So, I ordered from Good Fortune Chinese Restaurant via Grubhub again. I ordered Lemon Chicken, with Lo Mein, anda side of Small Hot and Sour Soup. I ordered it around 12:05 PM. The restaurant uses its own drivers. He got lost and calledme twice and was still lost for a time. I received the order around 1:37 PM. The Lemon Chicken was warm, the Lo Mein hadcongealed, and the Hot and Sour Soup was no longer hot. So that Five points I gave it? Now down to two. Update - Been orderinga lot of vegan dishes from the restaurant and they make very good meals. So increased the rating to four. Addition - OrderedGeneral Tso's Tofu, plus some sides. I order delivery from here frequently. We have never had to wait long for the food to arrive, and we have always enjoyed their... selections. We ordered in bulk tonight and here are some of our favorites from Good Fortune. The portion sizes are great for theprice. Even their egg roll is substantial in size. Tonight we tried their steamed dumplings for the first time, and thought thepork was wonderfully prepared. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a new go-to Chinese restaurant.
