Really great portion sizes and incredible flavors! Great place to get your Ethiopian food kick! We had the meat lovers combo for... 2 and were able to share it between 3 people! Also got the lentil sambusa (comes w 2 pieces per order). As you can see in thepictures, we left the plate completely clean. Read more
The Derek tips are elite! Flew into DCA and would typically go to Zenebek in Adams Morgan. But instead, risked it and picked a... new place, Enjera. What a beautiful risk. The Salad was actually the sleeper item. Not expecting much from salad whateverdressing they use in it is ??????????. Followed by the red lentils, green beans and then cabbage. First time having Ethiopian food and the staff was very helpful in introducing things to try. The platters were very good, but... to be completely honest inerja might not be my cup of tea. Doesn't take away from the deliciousness of the food, and goodservice, just my personal preference. Read more
We had the most INCREDIBLE experience here! I couldn?t get enough. The only criticism I have of this place is that the food is... so good, and there?s so much of it, that it?s almost impossible NOT to end up in a food coma! For real though, if you?ve neverhad Ethiopian food, give it a try. Enjera is also very reasonably priced. Read more

We cannot say enough good things About our feast at this restaurant. Neither of us had ever had this type of cuisine before and... left absolute lovers of Ethiopian cuisine.
