Yes I get that it is busy but this "Dunkin" is a hot mess. First they don't honor DD Perks which is annoying for sure. ... Second if they are busy it you feels like you have to place your order twice. Once to pay and then again as they make it hopingyou get what you want and even then you still might not get cream and sugar, it might be skim milk or oatmeal milk. Donuts were old, bagel cold, and very bad coffee. Staff needs more training in customer service

A medium black coffee and a raisin bagel with cream cheese was approx $8. As I waited in line I heard multiple people ask for... things that were on the menu but that they didn't have. Multiple people asked for sleeves that they do not have. The staffwasn't overly friendly, but they got the job done. My bagel was overcooked and very dry, so next time I would ask for butter,too.
