Horrible service. I stood there for at least 8 minutes while the worker behind the counter had a conversation with a guy in a... safety vest. There was no one else in line, and I was standing at the counter while they have a conversation about whatever.After they finished talking, the safety vest that he had to pay, and again they stared talking and joking, so I left. No matterhow long my wait is in this terminal, I will never visit this Dunkin Donuts again. I don't like feeling unappreciated, when I amusing my hard earned money. Read more

Nasty attitude clerk, just plan nasty, clerk making coffee. I asked for a cup. Very nasty, she told me "$1.09. The cup not... free." I went to get money for the clerk. Bought it back, your clerk told me, "I'm not just giving you a cup. Wait in line." Themoney wasn't the problem. It was her attitude. I sat down and got a picture of your clerk. Your clerk comes from around thecounter, her workstation, & walks up to me, and threatens me about calling airport security. She should have never stepped fromaround her workstation. Sad. Read more

Staff is a little disorganized. You may not get what you order. Also watch for people that will try to get ahead of the pick... up line and take your order. The receipts should have pick up numbers to avoid confusion. This should help the staff. Read more

Awful slow service. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I?ve ever been to. No one speaks English and you have to repeat your order... 3-4 times only to wait 45 minutes for the order to be wrong. The receipt machine doesn?t work so people are grabbing each othersfood bc theres no name or number attached to the order. and the guy making sandwiches is moving slower than pond water! I was here in May and in September. Espresso machine was down both times. They also don't do cold brew. But the order boards... prominently display both espresso and cold brew beverages. It took three staff members seven minutes to make me an iced coffeewhile there were no other customers. Read more

Worst DD in the chain. Unfriendly, awful service, just plain unhappy staff. Not at all representative of DD. Management... really needs to train this staff. Hard to believe that this is really a DD. Maybe time for an episode of Undercover Boss. Regan Airport gate 32. Read more
