It's conveniently on my commute route, but the store seems chronically understaffed. Usually only one or two people behind the... counter during morning rush. (can only remember three on staff in Am one time in past year). Almost always a walk-in customerline of three or more, and, more annoyingly, always a line/wait for online orders. Though one of the smallest Dunkin? Donuts I have ever gone, this place is quite friendly and service is awesome. I ordered... varieties type of donuts with coffee and those were so fresh. Big disadvantage of this location is very limited parking. Top ofthe store a canopy type waiting place that is so cute and specious. Anyone can hang-out their spare time with a coffee overthere. I have been coming to this location for years and typically the staff is friendly and the service is good. This morning the... woman working had awful customer service. I did a mobile order which my kids and I ate upstairs. When we got to the donuts sheput in two powdered sugars instead of a powdered and glazed. The store was empty and I went downstairs to show her the receiptand ask for a glazed and she argued with me that she gave me the correct order. Just seemed like poor customer service over a $2donut after a total $20 order. Especially her continued insistence to argue over it. Read more
