I have been coming to this location for years and typically the staff is friendly and the service is good. This morning the... woman working had awful customer service. I did a mobile order which my kids and I ate upstairs. When we got to the donuts sheput in two powdered sugars instead of a powdered and glazed. The store was empty and I went downstairs to show her the receiptand ask for a glazed and she argued with me that she gave me the correct order. Just seemed like poor customer service over a $2donut after a total $20 order. Especially her continued insistence to argue over it. Read more
