Very nice ladies who work there. There was an issue with my DDPerks coupon so it wasn?t going through in the system. They... honored it even still. She even let me try the new flavor that I was ordering before I bought it. There was a bit of confusionin the specifics of the order because her English wasn?t the best but we clarified it and left happy. Read more
As much as I enjoy DD in general, this particular location is ridiculous when it comes to order detail. I ask for coconut milk... and I get dairy, I say no cheese, I get cheese (photo attached). It's so ridiculous. Check your order before you leave. Saveyourself the frustration of getting back to your desk or home and realizing your order is wrong. DD needs to realize thislocation is typically overwhelmed in the mornings.. Smh. Read more

Morning staff moves incredibly slow and almost always makes my drink wrong. I had to repeat my order THREE times and it was... still wrong. Customer service is horrible. Hana barely speaks and it takes them forever to acknowledge you when you come in.Don?t give them service. Read more
This DNKN' location is, by far, THE most "compact"! Really cute arrangement, excellent corner store location - within one short... block of a major competitor and Orange Line Metro station. Just the necessities: varieties of hot and cold coffee and tea,lattes, doughnuts and a few other pastries, and bottled beverages in the refrigerator! Oh, and a unisex wheelchair accessiblerestroom. No bags of coffee beans for brewing, plastic recyclable cups, or other branded merchandise. Accepts mobile pay! Read more
Smaller than the average Dunkin, so it gets crowded in the morning. Service is crazy slow, expect to spend 20+ minutes here.... This location also doesn?t participate in 99c medium coffee refill when you bring your own tumbler, which was disappointing.This is about how much coffee I got when I asked for a medium latte. This is the WORST DD I have ever been to. Lenman, or whatever her name is. I'm not sure if she is the owner or the manager but... she is the worse individual I've ever come in contact with. Very nasty towards customers. Very disrespectful. If this hadhappened only once I wouldn't complain. But it's been every time I have gone to this location. Never have I left a review ANDreached out to the company in one day. Very disappointed because I know this is not DD standards. Take your money to anotherlocation where you'll be treated better.
