I?ve had it with this place. They really need to learn how to do their job. When a customer orders, you greet them politely,... WITHOUT rushing them, and when they get to the window, you repeat the order and tell them the total. That is standard for everytakeout place; trust me, I?ve worked at quite a few. There have been multiple times where they have charged me for the wrongorder. To solve this, I took to ordering ahead so my order is in writing and there is less of a chance they will make a mistakeand also save time in the morning. I give them TEN TO FIFTEEN minutes to make my coffee before heading over to pick it up on myway to work, and for the last couple of times I?ve had to wait an extra 5-10 min. I?m sorry what? It takes 15-25 min to make onemedium coffee when you guys are cranking out wrong drive thru orders? Blame the short staffing all you want, but I think I?vedone my part to make it really hard for them to screw up, and yet, they?ve found a way. Read more

This is not the first bad experience I've had with this location. They rush you to take your order, stuff is wrong, they're... rude, expect you to give them the money without even telling you the total. The final straw today was charging me for a $5sausage that I never got (yes its on the receipt)! Oh and their phone is off or they're just not answering on purpose.Frustrating because I love DD and now I have to find a location further away because this one can't get it together...... Read more

Stopped going to this location because of the poor service and bad food quality. Last time I was there I waited in front of the... register for 15 minutes and nobody bothered to take my order. There's a McDonalds right next to here and their staff isexcellent, highly recommend giving them your service instead. Read more

Bad customer service this morning around 6 am i go to work always buy a coffe from dunkin donuts , but this is terrible place... the people make wait for Bout 20 minutos for 2 coffes and the cashier was rude and very an respectful..i will never visit thisplace again Read more

In there were ever a Dunkin to ruin your perception of the brand, this one is it. Within my last 3 trips here, they have gotten... multiple orders wrong - i.e., wrong breakfast sandwich modifications, providing me a regular coffee with flavor shots when Iordered a latte, and giving those godforsaken cornbread munchkins in an order when I explicitly said ?No? to them. Couple thatwith its ridiculous traffic flow issues, I would recommend you go elsewhere. I have learned my lesson and will be doing thesame. Read more

I hate to leave a bad review, I'm not usually the type to complain. But we pull up to the drive through 15-20 minutes before... closing, we wait for a couple minutes and nothing, we pull up to the window and still nothing, no problem they're probablygetting a head start of closing and haven't realized so we head inside. After a few minutes someone shows up then goes on theirphone and then acknowledges us. We order one hot latte, one cold latte with almond milk and avocado toast. Then a lady with thesame drive through problem as us comes in just wanting gift cards, she waits a while before another worker pops up and doesn'tacknowledge her until the customer says hi and the worker points to the other (clearly busy) worker and says he'll help her in amoment. More minutes pass and the 2nd worker pops back in, to help the lady but none of them know how to do gift cards so sheleaves empty handed. Our drinks finally come out, but they forget the avocado toast and the hot drink is nowhere near hot (Ithink they also messed up the milk on the other drink but I don't bother asking about it), we tell them and thankfully they fixthe hot drink and give us the toast but not before one of the workers blames forgetting the toast on the fact that they wereabout to close... But we came at least 15 minutes before they close (btw they close at 8 not 9, a lot of their signs still say9) which I don't think is pushing it too much and we paid for the toast already after asking if they were still doing toast...?In total in took over 20 minutes for our drinks to even come out. The drinks themselves were fine, I just wouldn't have botheredif I knew it would take that long. I also usually don't mind bad retail experiences (I know what it's like sometimes, I'veworked retail jobs before) as long as the people are nice about it, but these people seemed like there were actively ignoring usand like they were trying to blame their mistakes on us.
