Arlington location is probably the worst. The cook clearly doesn't care. The sauce was mediocre *gasp*, the coleslaw dry &... flavorless, and fries were unsalted & soggy. Overall poor experience. I am very disappointed with Crisp and Juicy. The customer service was poor. There is NO AC. Best Charbroiled Chicken ever! Just found this gem of a spot about a month or so ago. Been in love every since and want to try... everything on the menu!
