My family and I have been wanting to try this place since it arrived in Clarendon given that it seemed to be an institution in... Connecticut. The restaurant to me has a nostalgia feeling because of its simplicity. We ordered a hot oil and zingers and apepperoni for my wife and two kids. The pizza was very good. Hands down the best pizza in the area. Typically drive 15 minutes past 10+ options just to get Colony Grill. Pizza and drinks... only, but it?s all you need. Plenty of options for toppings, and highly recommend asking for hot oil on the pizza or the side.Always cooked perfectly when it comes to the table. When we went to Colony Grill, we didn?t realize it was a pizza place?but it was definitely worth it. They had a pretty decent... selections of toppings to choose from, but we went for the breakfast pizza. Tasted fantastic. The server was also extremelyfriendly and explained everything well. Definitely a plus! They also had a couple of large TVs that had on different sports,and a bar to watch them at. Overall, I think this is a great place for very inexpensive pizza and a relaxed atmosphere. Read more
Not sure if they intend to keep it this way, but all they offer is thin crust pizza on their menu with no options for anything... else. The pizza is very tasty with a thin crispy crust and fresh toppings. However the spicy oil is a requirement for the pizzato taste like anything out of the ordinary. Oddly, they charge you $1.75 for this as it is counted as any other topping, but Ithink this should just be a standard option included with the already overpriced pizza. To get anything with a decent number oftoppings will set you back almost $20 +tax +tip. The place has a nice vibe with friendly staff and will likely come back again.This corner location has been cursed as not many other restaurants have been able to succeed here. Read more
Stopped by for a drink while waiting for Apple Store service. The employees are very friendly and attentive here. We'll... definitely be back to try the pizza. Especially the salad pizza I saw some dude eating at the bar. Read more
