I have been going to Chopt in Rosslyn 2-3 days a week for over 3 years now. This location has provided exceptional service,... quality product and exceptional portion sizes consistently. Since moving to the kiosk business model recently, all three ofthese have declined significantly. From a less personalized experience, to 1/2 full salad bowls and increased wait times thishas been a stark contrast to their historic salad making efforts. Read more

This place is the worst location at the DMV. I made several online orders and they always give me a the salad half filled up. I... complained several time and the managers of the place has the worst attitude never did anything to fix the problem. I stoppedordering online because it is not worth it to pay $13 for a salad that is not filled up to the top. Last week I decided to goand order in person and this time I got my salad right but the customer service was awful. The manager doesn?t greet customersand gives you the word attitude as if you are making her a favor. The manager is an African American lady that wears glasses, she needs to get fired, chopt needs to hire people that actually care about their customers because their salads are expensiveand they will go out of business if they keep having such awful customer service. I eat here mildly frequently (once every 2 weeks). This location is hit or miss. Service is sometimes super quick, others super... slow. My biggest complaint is the consistency of portion sizes. One day it?s two scoops of protein, the next it?s onescoop. For me to buy a $13 salad, I need that second scoop! Read more

My salad was so dry and not even fully filled up, I paid extra for chickpeas and barely saw any. The greens tasted very stale.... Do not recommend! 1 star for the quick curbside delivery. Read more

The salad was good. The stars were for the custom service. I was greeted with do you know what you want? No hi, welcome in? They... were not busy. The one who made my salad didn?t greet either just made it like she didn?t want to be there at all! And nojudgement on that everyone has bad days but when you?re customer facing you should at least act like you appreciate thecustomer. After getting my salad I told her have a nice day she said thanks ???? it just wasn?t a warm feeling walking into thislocation. I usually go to Chinatown or Navy Yard, they are better. Chopt needs to take SweetGreens customer service training butthis experience was subpar. Got home and seen my salad is barely chopped. Would not recommend Read more

I drive to this location specifically for something really healthy. And that is what I got and then some! I had been to their... other location in McLean several times, and the experience here was pretty much the same, if not faster. I knew exactly thetype of salad that I wanted- the Mexican Ceasar salad with grilled chicken. I can't get enough of that salad! This one includedjalepeno peppers and the dressing that they include makes all the difference. It's definitely a spicy salad so be ready forthat. The employee who prepared this did a great job, and was very thorough in the way that he included the toppings. It wasdefinitely worth the driver over here! Read more

Salad was good but the flow and process is not. It wasn?t busy and the workers seemed thrown off by the registers in the middle.... What should?ve taken a few minutes ended up taking 5+. Also hard to hear guy behind the counter chopping my salad bc he keptasking questions. Love the idea of the place but probs not gonna be a frequent location for me. Read more
