The staff here is excellent, but I cannot say the same for the manager. They charged me a bit more than $5 for chips and queso... but ended up not having any which is fine. The manager then tried giving me a sprite instead of a refund which costs like $2.50.I asked if I could have two and he said no, just one. Basically was trying to get me to pay over $5 for a $2.50 item I didn'torder. Read more
Sharing my experiences ordering online and in store. My online order was wrong and was treated poorly when I asked correction... for my order. In store was not any different and the lobby and bathroom are filthy. Service is too slow, quality of food ispoor, and not right portions. My order was 15 minutes late for pickup and completely wrong. I pointed this out to the woman at the pickup window and she did... not act surprised or offer to remake it. When I notified Chipotle of this through the app, they gave me a Bogo coupon, ratherthan a regular free entree. Not coming back to this location and not impressed with corporate?s follow up. I'm typically a fan of Chipolte but recommend avoiding this location at all costs. They have messed up my order twice and the... staff always seems discombobulated. Perhaps worse is that there have been insects in the restaurant, which leads to questionsabout how much of an effort they are making to keep this establishment sanitary. Btw, for unsuspecting patrons, they alsocharge you more at this location for routine items than at other franchises. I'll still be a Chipolte customer but will not begoing back to this location.
