The manager on duty at the evening hours was so friendly and nice. He made me feel very welcome and appreciated. I have read... some of the prior reviews. Yes they have reduced their portions, so I tell them two scoops of whatever I want more of in theline. The nice young man happily obliged. Excellent food, but they have recently started greatly decreasing the portion sizes, particularly of protein. I understand... inflation is impacting everyone, but their prices have also risen and now it is hard to justify going there when I walk awaystill hungry from a meal that would have used to left me full with a little left over. Cava, I love you. I always go out of my way to support Greek-owned businesses, including chains, but they sure make it hard not... to!! Delicious, nutritious food at reasonable prices. In my experience, this location always is on point as well- and I comehere a lot. Love the lemon tahini dressing on a chicken Greens & Grains bowl with RightRice & Supergreens. And the pita chipswith Crazy Feta- to die for!!! I would only suggest more seasoning on the chips. See you again soon. Read more
Most staff is nice. One lady was particularly short even though I said thanks a bunch, which was pretty off putting. Maybe she... was just tired, so trying not to make too much of it. I had a great experience with this particular Cava. I ordered my food on the app, everything was accurate. I also ordered the... food for a particular time and the order was ready at that designated time. All items i requested on the side were ready with myfood, when you get orders to go getting sauces on the side is nice because your food doesn?t get soggy. The staff here were verynice, pleasant, and checked in on any customer waiting to determine when their food would be ready. Cavas food is great,delicious and fresh, but i would highly recommend coming to this location for the great staff, efficient food service thoughbusy location, and the cleanliness of the dining area and behind the bar. I?ve been coming to Cava since going to their Baltimore location in 2017 for brunch many times. This was my first experience... dining for dinner. The food was not prepared to my temperature preference unfortunately, and a couple dishes came out toosalty. The risotto with scallops is overpriced for the amount of food you get - plus they give you small scallops instead ofthe jumbo, almost had a chew feast. Good vibes and very private setting make for a great inclusive atmosphere. Read more
Well, I finally saw enough of these I decided to give it a try. Very impressed, I am happy chains have managed to have the same... quality in service and product as mom and pops. Everything was fresh to bursting, all the ingredients had perfect synergy,strong vegetarian AND keto options (and combined) making it less likely I need to head to Chipotle again. Onlycomplaint/observation (for those who would even be remotely pretentious enough to care) is the 'presentation' of the items,which is somewhat unclear. Terrible service. I ordered for pickup then stood for 30 mins after my estimated pickup time while they made meals immediately... for everyone who walked in. They should just delete their app because they clearly don?t care about online orders. Read more
