The food at this location is pretty good. Standard Buffalo Wild Wings food. As for food, the couple of times I went, it seemed... particularly hot and fresh. However, the location seemed to be minimally staffed bordering on dead with each visit. The largestnegative for this location is in my visits it appeared the air either was not working or did not exist and the heat from thekitchen kept the dining room excessively hot and uncomfortable. It was cooler outside which can be a hard thing to do at thistime of year. This might be a good spot for takeout purely off of the food quality but I can't recommend it for any sort of dinein experience. Read more
This place is horribly mismanaged. We arrived at 6:00 pm on a Friday evening to find the entire dining room empty. The hostess... said she could seat us in the bar area, so we followed her back and she pointed at two chairs at the bar. We said we preferred atable, since there were several empty tables in the bar area, but she said there was a 10 minute wait for a table. How is therea 10 minute wait for a table on a Friday night at dinner hour in a restaurant that is 90% empty? We left and went around thecorner to Ballston Local, where they actually want customers and were happy to do everything they could to accommodate everyonewho walked in the door. Interestingly when I looked at the reviews I saw both the very low score and the top review fromsomeone who had an almost identical experience four months ago, so clearly the management here isn't interested in addressingthe incompetence on display. This place is a joke. I arrived here at 1:40 to a empty restaurant as you can see in the pictures. I was told by the host that... it would be a 10 min wait. I thought that was a joke considering how many seats was empty. So I waited 20 mins and decided toleave. I don?t understand how this place is making money with just the bar area open on a football Sunday and Travis on all theother TV?s. Ive been managing in the restaurant industry for 13th years and have not seen nothing this bad ever. Also I?m notunderstand while 3 of the employees there was all walking around on their phone while they on a joke of a wait. Ive seen 10guess come in and walk out. Buffalo Wild Wings is really a joke now. Some sports bar. Spend your money somewhere else where it?swanted. Very disappointed I will never go back here again. Btw I spend big money and tip well. My meal was was terrible . I was very disappointing with there service all around. They can do better. Wings were dry.also my... order was wrong +bad presentation. I ordered mild boneless and medium regular wings however they mix the order and preparemedium boneless and mild regular wings. The salad was rotten I believe the prepared in the previous day. We drove to the place to watch the game and once we got there we could see many tables available, but they told us to wait. We... were told to wait 20m to get a table, so we waited in a Waiting Area... we waited for more than 45m and people came after us andgot tables. We couldn't order food or drinks, but we were sitting at the table, side by side with a regular table. It didn'tmake any sense, we were sitting waiting and people around us eating. This place used to be good, but now the hosts areunprofessional and don't care about the costumers anymore. We got a notification 20m after we left that our table was ready forus. Straight up beware: The waiters seem good? But the turn around on food is grossly appalling. Only 6 Tables in the bar area... including us. However this somehow translates to us waiting for over an hour just for the waiter to return with the info thatthey no longer had steak to make my partners steak wrap. That however was only the beginning. Attached is a ghastly picture ofthe "Ultimate Nachos". They couldn't even be bothered to put the nachos in the oven. This review is specific to their carryout- I've ordered carryout 3 times in the past 6 months. And everytime there have been... issues. The 1st time the wings had the sauce on the side. No biggie. 2nd time the wings had the wrong sauce, which was spicier.It was an issue. But again, its was like whatever. Yesterday however it was pretty bad. To start, the wings barely had anysauce. I ordered bone in and boneless- they looked as if someone added the sauce with a slim paint brush. But the sauce wascorrect. Lol. I ordered two BASKETS of fries. What i got looked like the leftovers of someone who ordered a basket of fries- andshared. Seriously, mcdonalds small fries come with more. I ordered additional sauces on the side - i payed for them but didntget em. The carrots/celery that come with the order were a tiny portion that you would get with a kids meal at a veganrestaurant. Not just that but they looked like they sat outside for a few days - dry and wrinkly. I didnt even touch em. Nowheres what pushed me to write this review - the sides of bleu cheese that come with the wings. the order shouldve come 8. I onlygot 4. Those 4 cups also looked like they were a table's left over. Probably the worst of several Bdubs locations I've been to. Visit3d once for dine-in, made us wait for a long time and denied us... a regular table despite the entire place being vacant. Food wasn't good too. We made a mistake by visiting them again after afew months today and the food this time was stale(had a bad stomach) and too salty. I'm very surprised why a Bdubs at a primelocation like N.Glebe Rd would be so badly mismanaged. Never going back there and suggest others to AVOID! Read more
