I work at the airport. The staff there is very rude and disrespectful especially to black people. All I asked was for my pizza... to be ran through twice so it would be crispy and not runny. The girl looked at me, laughed, and rolled her eyes and said no.Which is weird because outside of this airport they will do it for you at other &Pizzas. If I?m respectful and pay for my foodthen it should be a simple transaction. Please train your stuff to be respectful especially to those who don?t look like them. Read more

I have been patronizing this place for a while since they put it in this airport and been absolutely happy with it until today.... This ain't your normal I had a bad day and got tested post either. The treatment and service I got from their staff today wasterrible. To make a long story short I asked for extra cheese which is normally included as you can add all the toppings if youlike for the one price. I was informed it would be extra to which I agreed to pay. Once I agreed to pay the extra, attitudesflaired, my food was slammed down on the counter to add the cheese and just thrown around. I then asked was there a reason thatmade them so upset and was told I didn't have to eat there by the one lone male working today. Right behind me was another guestwho was being treated the same way. If this demon crew from today can be replaced and the friendly charasmatic crew that wasthere before can come back this would definitely be a great place to enjoy again. We were stuck at the airport after our flight kept getting switched around. My husband didn't want to eat so I stopped in alone... at &pizza. I never heard of them before and it was a tough decision with the steam buns also calling my name across the way. Soglad I tried them. I ordered the American Honey pizza with the hot honey and it was excellent. One of the best pizzas I've had.I gave my husband a bite and he got up to get himself a pizza. I really wish we had one of these in my state! I do agree withother commenters that the staff could most certainly be friendlier. You can tell they aren't happy to be there and all seemgrumpy. I didn't have any issues or observe any poor behavior. Just the observation from body language and lack of smiles. Ididn't feel this was worth removing stars. Work at the airport. Honestly was enjoying the pizza, but then saw a long curly hair :/ went back to the store next day and... showed them. Instead of saying sorry or anything the person in charge said why didn?t I come back yesterday and was kinda rude.Overall, don?t recommend it for the price or service. Read more
This pizza is some of my favorite, but the laziness of the employees has gotten really bad. Some employee training needs to... take place. More toppings does not equal a better pizza. Consistently I've gotten too much cheese which creates too muchgrease and makes the pizza crust nothing but floppy bread. Too much bacon creates an overly crunchy experience. And it neverfails that they dint get the crust cut all the way through. Ingredients are always really good, it's just not enough trainingon how to improve the quality of the pizza. Grab silverware and lots of napkins. You'll need it all. Additionally, the guywho runs the register was saying very explicit things and extremely disrespectful things about women.
