I am Rupen Dankhara. I am a regular customer and very happy with zalat pizza products. However, I had a very unfortunate... experience with South Arlington Location. I had ordered through online app and had to cancel the order within 5 min because myfriend had place the order and this will be a double order. I called to the location and on phone they told me they will cancelthe order since Zalat did not have a cancel order option. Fast track a month later i was never refunded the order money and thelocation does not pick my phone since then. Please look into the matter. Ps .. Great pizza ???? & an amazing staff. Zalat pizza went above and beyond as far as good customer service goes!!! They didnt have... HalF baKed so instead they gave us 2 for the price of one !?! Good pizza if you can catch them. My husband loves Zalat pizza, but he tried calling several times over an hour or so on a... Thursday at lunch, and nobody would answer the phone. Online ordering is fine for those who are comfortable, but for the oldergenerations, if you aren't answering the phone, we really can't be certain you are there -- especially in a post-COVID worldwhere business often close at odd days and times. I cannot say enough good about this location. The pizzas are so fresh, we love the crust options (there?s a gluten free veggie... one available) and the ingredient toppings are creative. We felt like we indulged in a pizza while still eating healthy. It wasgreat! Check them out! Read more

Maybe I ordered on a bad night, but this place has only been open 3 days. I expected better. A portion of the pizza was missing... ingredients, and it was poorly made (look at the shape). It tasted pretty bland, mostly like cheese. That's definitely notenough marianna for the 1 dollar price. Glad I tried it, but I will not be a repeat customer. Well, I guess I lied. 9 monthslater, I decided to try Zalat again. Bad decision. Pizza was still very bland and poorly made. It's relatively small for a'large'. This pizza is not worth the price. I had the pesto veggie pizza & added chicken and bacon! The team here is great and the service is excellent!

I managed to get a pre-taste of Zalat?s new pie coming out on 4/20, Sweet Revenge. It has a hot honey base with basil, cheese,... large slices of salami, a bacon onion marmalade, and more hot honey on top. First of all, it?s a mild heat, just enough toleave your lips tingling. The salami is very flavorful and the bacon and onion marmalade is fantastic! The sweetness of thehoney goes well with the meat and basil. Also had the Nashville Hot Chicken pie and as in the past, it was great! As with allof their pies, the thin, soft, chewy crust is great. The service was prompt and friendly. Read more
