5 stars even with a screw up. I ended up with the wrong flavor of wings called when I realized what happened and when I got back... up there and under 5 minutes they had the correct wings ready for me to go awesome customer service and yes in today's age youcan still give five stars even when people screw up we're only human! And I'm sure my wings got switched with someone else'sand their review is going to be one star because they were mad..life happens. Read more

I ordered a 10 boneless wings 1/2 lemon pepper and 1/2 original hot. Customer service was wonderful on the other hand wings... where very greasy original hot tasted like cheap wing sauce. Don?t think I will be coming back to this location Read more

Ordered from this place earlier this evening, got home and realized they left things out of my order. Mind you, I live about... 14miles away from the store and waited additional 15 minutes from the time my order was supposed to be ready before it wasactually ready. When I called the store about the missing items, there was no remorse, the manager in a robotic and verydismissive way simply said, there is nothing she can do other than for me to return back to the store so that they can process arefund for the item that wasn?t included in my order. Granted it?s a busy night and chances for errors is inevitable, butdismissively telling me to drive 14 miles back to the store just so you can process a refund for the missing food item and withno remorse is just unacceptable. I work too hard for my money to be patronizing a place with no customer service and lack ofrespect for people?s time. This location is a big No-No! Read more

I came to this location a lot but recently had a bad experience due to them not being upfront about the wait time. Their online... orders were not going through which I understand, but they told me there would not be much of a wait time after I tried to get arefund. In total I waited an extra 30 minutes (plus the first 28 minutes from my online order) before they said they did notknow how much longer it would take. I waited about a whole hour for nothing. As stated before I understand the online orderissue but not the fact that they told me the wait time wouldn?t be much and then that not being the case. Even an ?I don?t know?to begin with is understandable but the fact that they said that until the very end is upsetting. Yes I got a refund but in thattime frame I could have got my food elsewhere. Highly disappointed . Fries are almost black from frying oil not be changed properly. there?s hardly any sauce on the bone in... wings. They failed to inform me that they had no corn on the cob that I ordered and just replaced it by fries. If I wouldn?thave checked my bag before leaving the store they wouldn?t have said anything. I take caution when providing negative feedback because i keep in mind most poor customer service experiences are provided by... employees that generally do not last long at the company so with that mind i convey my following experience. 6.26.21 Iattempted to claim a credit issued to us on an order i placed over a year ago. This initial order had been burnt - really bad.The WS employee was apologetic and professional and immediately offered to credit our entire meal. She issued a WS gift card andassured us this would not expire and could be used at any location. Fast forward to 6.26.21 I placed a family order online butour gift card wasn't recognized - kept coming back 'invalid'. So i placed the order and paid with my cc assuming the mgr wouldrefund when i arrived for pick up. Unfortunately though after explaining the situation the manager insinuated that i was lying -his comments were "We don't issue gift cards for credit, never have". I recognize this may be true however it doesn't change thefact that I was issued a gift card - wouldn't be the first time they've made a mistake - but i guess it never occurred to himthat perhaps his employee made a mistake in their procedures or processes. After practically being called a liar in front of allthe other guests he suggested i file a complaint because there was nothing he could do. I paid for our order and left. When iarrived home 'not too my surprise' our order was incorrect, overcooked, and was thrown around. We ordered a mix of original hotand garlic parmesan but the chicken appeared plain - had no parmesan. The hot wings had sauce all over the bottom of the bagleaking out the bottom and was all over our fries. I've attempted several emails to wing stop HDQ with no response. Reached outon Twitter and got a bot to respond with a 15$ gift card offer. I had asked the manager how long he'd worked for wing stop andhe told me 8months. Don?t bother. I ordered delivery and the food was so gross by the time it got to me... actually it was poorly made before it... left the restaurant. There is over 2 tablespoons of oil at the bottom of my wings... I took a bite and oil oozed down my chin,disgusting. There was so much oil on the wing the ranch wouldn?t even adhere to it. Asked for extra seasoning on my fries for noseasoning and mostly the skins, (which were burnt.) Long story short the best part about this meal was the vegetables and ranch.Waste of money. Read more
