Always great service and great food. Wouldn't go to any other wing stop and get as good . Best in the metro. The people there... work hard and are soooo busy, but still give the best.great job. They all deserve a raise!!!! Read more

Previous employee there, was the only African American employee at the time and it felt uncomfortable working there because... everyone always spoke Spanish while plying Spanish music and because of the huge workload I was given compared to others. Also,I was constantly being harassed by the head cook Ezekiel by being called out my name. I brought it the the managers attentiontwice, but by the second time she let me go for ?refusing to follow rules.? Lastly, this place has roaches. This location's experience has declined drastically. Won't go into detail because I'd be pages long! Wait is 30-45 min later... than the estimated in addition to the wait time just to tell them you're there for your order. There's no organization when itcomes to interior layout. Yeah There's signs but they are ignored and there's always the delivery services just straight upcutting when there's a line of people who've been waiting to give their name for pick up/online orders! I've given them multipleopportunities but this was last straw. Ridiculous 1 hr wait plus they don't actually answer the phn. I waited at store anadditional 1+hours = 2 HOURS!!! & I still don't have order. I continued to wait bc they said" it was coming up". If orderingonline, I recommend choosing option to pay at store bc if you decide you don't want to wait & cancel, it takes 3-5 days to berefunded! Read more

This Wingstop is terrible. I placed a phone order tonight. I called at 6:28pm and was on hold for 15 minutes before I was... transferred to a voicemail, followed by the call dropping. I started an online order, but called back and someone picked up. Ifinished placing the order at 6:52pm and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. My family arrived at the restaurant (without me)at 7:01 pm. They were told it would be 15 more minutes. The order was not ready until 7:44pm. Several customers came in andplaced their order, received their order, and left before they even started on our order. When they actually received thefood, it was thrown together and the fries weren't fresh. I asked for extra garlic parmesean on 2 of the orders. They barely putany garlic parmesean on the orders. I should have let my mom request the refund. They commuted 30 minutes to that location. Youshould not have customers wait 50 mins on a pick up order and the food not be fresh. I didn't even finish all of my food. Thatwas a waste of $45 and you all need to do better! Read more

Amazing!!! I made an order thru the Wingstop app on Memorial Day around 1pm, regular order? made a slight request for Lemmon... Pepper to be added to my Cajun wings? got my food in decent time.. and I was on my way. Once I got home and started eatingthese wings? BEST WINGSTOP WINGS IVE EVER HAD. They were actually juicy, warm, tasty, while the skin was fried, perfect flavor,crispy where needed, yet the chicken maintained juicy and fresh. Best Wingstop Experience Ever Read more

Arrived at 11:00 and the clerk had just unlocked the doors, I placed my to go order and received my receipt at 11:02 AM, the... clerked mentioned it would be about 18 minutes, I figured that was the case, at exactly 11:26AM I asked the clerk if my mediumsized order (8 bone in wings and fries) was almost ready. She stated that yes soon and stated they only had one cook. I receivedmy order at 11:31 AM. Don?t get me wrong my husband devoured the food. I just felt they were slow as snails ???? dipped inmolasses. The fries were dark, over fried. The ladies were tacky for keeping their coffee drinks nearby, your running abusiness be a little more professional other than that, the place and food was okay. I agree with a lot of the comments. I used to love going to this Wingstop but since they moved the quality of their food and... service has gone downhill. I've ordered from them twice in the past month and had a bad experience both times. First time 12/19)I went with my mom and sister. My mom and I get our food. After waiting 10min I go ask about my sisters food. They said it wouldbe right out. She didn't get it for another 8 minutes. (I think they forgot to put in the order) My mom then buys a gift card togive to my husband for Christmas. He tried using it tonight (1/22) and it said their was no money on the card. I call and thelady I talked to was really short with me. My husband goes up there with the card and receipt and orders our food. He said theywere really busy and the ladies behind the counter were snapping at the customers. He gets home with our food and they hadgotten part of the order wrong. He ordered 12 plain wings and we only got "5". Read more
