I just came from picking up my online order. The wait said it would take 58-63 minutes but it took about 80 minutes. I get home... to COLD wings that aren?t even sauced properly. My family and I stopped ordering from this location because the wait time is ridiculous. We would order online or through the... phone and wait the 30-40 minutes and when we would show up to pick up our food, we were always told it would be another 30-45minutes. Our orders would be incomplete. Never try to order on a Saturday because chances are the phone lines are disconnectedbecause they cannot process all orders on time. Read more

The wait is terribly long. Also personally I think the people that prepare food should have masks on but don't. They talk over... food while they're preparing them and I've noticed PDA amongst the workers while customers are present. The employees need moretraining because this place is in demand. And the customers don't deserve and uncontrolled food prep environment. Read more
I waited 2-3 hours for them to forget my order twice. I ordered two 10 piece bone in wings with fries and a drink. They gave me... half my order. I then came in just to wait another hour and a half just for them to mess up again. I came out with 6 totalboneless wings. They need more cashiers. Ordered hickory barbecue and lemon pepper wings, 15 wings, large fries and 2 drinks; mixed with flats and drums. Asked for well... done wings, they still were pink inside and not crispy at all. Ordered fries well done with regular seasoning; they were burnedand too salty to eat. I called the store only to continously listen to that elevator music with no one evert picking up thephone. Wingstop have always been fresh, hot and cooked to perfection. This was a waste of money that I'm not willing to give toWingstop!!! Why is Wingstop always so slow? It takes them an hour for the most basic order. Plan ahead, for sure! Place your order a couple... of hours before you're hungry! Also don't expect the staff to care. They are just trying to make a living. Read more
