I never leave reviews but I have to leave a review of this location. I've been here multiple times and it's always the same... story. I've ordered online a few times and every time my food is super late. (Like 45+ minutes later then the advertised time) Iordered online multiple hours in advance and I am still waiting extremely long wait time's once I arrive. The last thing I wannado after work is wait on incompetent employees to make my food that was ordered way in advance. Will not be coming back to thislocation ever again. Read more

7minutes to order and 42 minutes to get your food. That too long for anybody on a lunch break. Its quicker go sit at a... restaurant then to come here. And the employees working like they are doing you a favor. Read more

Soooooo disappointed in the chicken sandwich. Order 4 chicken sandwiches. It was dry & not saucy as pictured. Sauce seemed like... an afterthought, as well as the pickles. The whole sandwich just seemed to have been thrown together. I never got a confirmationemail & the estimated time of delivery kept getting pushed back. Beyond disappointed for the amount of money spent & the timethat we waited. Read more

I love wingstop, eat there often. But all too often at this location, the wings are dry and the fries have no seasoning. Also... take the online order time and expect it to take at least twice that long. Wingstop you can save your copy and paste BSresponse, I've already read it on several other reviews. Read more

I placed an order online and got home and order half filled. Waited on hold for over 30 minutes no answer. Went back no one in... store and no one answering call. I asked why no one is answering the phone crickets. The manager said sorry but it made me evenmore upset. Remade order with all lemon pepper but i originally order garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. I'm over this locationI'll drive 20 minutes for good service and food. At the end the manager did try to make it right and apologize again and offeredme a dessert. Read more

They always answer the phone on the 2nd or 3rd ring and the put you in hold and never come back. Then I just show up minutes... later and there is only like 1 or 2 customers there. If I owned this wingstop I would fire everyone in there because you areliterally losing out on a lot of money because your employees won't take your order. Do NOT recommend ever going there. Placed an order on the Wingstop website for carryout. Received confirmation would be 28-33... mins. Son went up there. Order wasn't ready. He waited an HOUR. He went to the counter. They had no record of our order. Heshowed them the order and confirmation code. They said they never received it. During this time, the staff was in the kitchengoofing off. They finally made the order and it was ONLY almost 2 hours after it was placed. Read more

I would not recommend this store to anyone. Almost every time the fries are burnt, order is wrong or the employees are rude. The... South Cooper store was a nice change, definitely worth the extra driving time for better service and a good reminder of howWingstop is supposed to taste. Read more
