I have not been to a Williams chicken in about 5 years so I'm finally in Arlington from Houston and this chicken is disgusting... and luke warmm. The E. ABRAM Location. The fries are old and cold. I had to Go back through the drive-through to ask for somesalt and pepper because none of the food had any taste even the roll is old. You are truly embarrassing the Williams chickenfranchise I can't believe yall are still in business. I understand why your drive-through was empty. I should have Went topopeye's. And please stop with the fake reviews because some of us actually read the reviews. Read more
Food is hot to order but ugh the customer service is terrible. This is normally the main reason companies don't get 5 stars.

Went there to get some chicken for my engagement party went there at 923 and they close at 10pm. I asked for 55 pieces of... chicken and handled it with so much professionalism. I wish I would have gotten they got name at the window but if you see thisshe said yes. Read more
I haven't visited in a while prior to today, but Williams Chicken use to be one of my favorites so it saddens me to have to give... a 3 star review. Before I reached the street with my to go order I was disappointed to find out that the food was roomtemperature at best. Sorry... Williams, but Lisa's Chicken which is always hot, fresh and competitively priced is myrecommendation for the best chicken in the area. Read more
