Excellent Fast Food restaurant to do business with, really nice friendly employees, great place to make new friends, and really... delicious food! Also I?ve been doing a lot of business with this Fast Food restaurant ever since I moved here to Texas buteverytime I order from this fast food restaurant to dine in I always tell them that my name is William and this fast foodrestaurant knows me as William is actually because my legal name is Guillermo also because the name Guillermo means William inSpanish also because NOT everybody knows how to spell or pronounce Guillermo because Guillermo is a Spanish name! So yesterday evening I stopped in to pick up a 3chicken strip dinner meal with gravy for my co-worker. Immediately as I walk in... I noticed that the kitchen staff was slammed, then as I get closer to the counter I see the man in charge with a very heavyaccent points towards my direction and tells me to hold on instead of greeting me as he is trained to do. So then I see that heis losing control of his restaurant.. I've worked the food industry for years and we have this saying "sink or swim" either yourgoing to swim out of this rush and keep your cool and work the tickets without affecting the quality of the product, or yourgonna freak out and panic lose product lose customers just a whole lot of loses.. Sorry but this man with the heavy accent wasrude not the first time he's treated me this neither but my coworkers food was horrible the fries where cold and soggy stripswhere hard as a rock n I lost my receipt. This has to be the worst Whataburger I?ve ever experienced. I?ve been going to Whataburger my whole adult life and I?m 55 so... that?s saying something. The manager had 6-8 employees working and it still took me asking to speak to the manager to get myfood. The employees were not wearing masks or hairnets or gloves. I witnessed a female employee load the tenders in the fryerbasket using her bare hands to make sure they all fit in the basket. The employees were in the lobby talking to each other andwasting time while people were waiting for their orders. The manager took my ticket when she went to find my order never cameback and offered a apology or anything. This is at 10 p.m. September 2nd a short black woman with glasses was the manager onduty. Then I witnessed her leaving with a line wrapped around the building and not even helping the manager with the mess shecreated by not knowing how to manage her staff. She cut me off in the process leaving the parking lot at least I know she candrive fast if nothing else. Avoid this Whataburger unless you like waiting forever for food possibly contaminated and with hairin it. Read more

Asked for a plain (no lettuce,tomatoes pickles)bacon blue cheese burger but they gave me a double cheeseburger. That?s not what... I meant by plain. I feel violated. If I wanted a double cheeseburger I would of order that instead for way cheaper. And to makeit even worse they ask me for proof of receipt before they gave me the burger. Line was extremely long and always takes a very long time. I decided to go in and order...still took 25 mins. I set there and... watched as one window person kept taking stuff for window leaving inside orders to wait on fries, onion rings, etc. It was hitand miss on inside orders, it was like the job wasn't designated to anyone just someone passing would get it together and takeit to dining area. When my order was ready as far as the burger, here came the window person, grabbed last fries so I had towait for more to be cooked. I'm not going back, that was my 3rd time as it's on my way to work, but they are the slowestWhataburger I have ever been too. Read more

We ordered ahead. It was pretty quick even tho the line was literally around the whole building and some lol food was good too!

Great food, onion rings needed new fryer oil though Went thru the drive through and was fairly quick but it was 11:30 p.m. ... Burger was hot fresh and juicy. Reminds me of a Checker burger or Rally burger some. Onion rings were ok except the oil probablybeen used all day. Read more
