The one at Mayfield and Watson Rd. was so much better organized than the one by Abrams and Watson Rd. I waited almost 30 minutes... just for a single burger at the one by Abrams and demanded a refund. First, I love Whataburger. If I eat fast food, it's Whataburger. Unfortunately there's a problem with this location. During... covid I understood that shakes weren't always available, but I have attempted to get a shake multiple times at this location in2022 and the machine has always been broken. I always get a shake with my burger, but this location can never provide one.Either the shake machines have been broken for the entire year, or the employees don't want to make them at 6:30 am.Unfortunately I won't likely be back to this location. First time trying Whataburger I ordered through doordash and got my food fast and it was packed neatly and nice the size of the... double Whataburger was way bigger than I expected. I have been twice recently because this is the closest location to me. Both times my orders have been wrong, and when I said... something about this the worker argued with me and was rude about it. The first time it was not fixed and the second time myissue was fixed but they seemed reluctant to do so. How do you give someone a bag full of food with no napkins? Ketchup comes with any form of potatoes, and picante sauce should be... included with a taquito for sure. I suppose it?s partly my fault for not checking the bag before I left, but I just don?t getit. As a fast food restaurant at least one of each of these things should be in every bag.
