Online portal is USELESS when every single time your left waiting 20+ minutes even after ordering an hour + before. Even folks... just walking up getting food before you. I was asked 3+ times my name and order, and STILL not getting stuff on time. Manager iscareless, uncoordinated, everyone running around as if there was a ton of customers and there wasn?t. This has happenedrepeatedly with each time just being ?sorry? Sorry doesn?t fix the fact that my 45 minute lunch break is wasted and not evengetting to eat lunch at all because of it. People waiting 20 minutes for just a cup. Will never be returning to this locationalong with a lot of other frustrated patrons. NEVER AGAIN. Read more
The late night/early morning shift (12am ish-4am ish) are god sent. My company buys our employees breakfast for a job well done... based on the day prior results so we are randomly placing large orders. They consistently fill our orders timely with smiles andgreat customer service. Keep this crew around! Thank y?all so much! Read more
When I went to this store location. The order was taken promptly and I ordered a chocolate shake with my meal. I received my... meal and asked where is my shake. The answer , I got was I'm making it now. 10 to 15 minutes went by and still no shake by thattime I was done with my meal. Standing close to the counter with another customer waiting on their shake. So the person thatmade the shake gave my shake to the other customer and he looks at me and said, I think this is ours. I open the lid and it wasmy shake. I went back to my seat and the worker said, sorry I got busy and forgot. I'm not really impressed by the service atthis location. Read more
Every time I've visited this particular Whataburger the service has been pleasant, accurate, and fast. The staff there always... gives plenty of effort and it shows in not only the speed and accuracy at which they get orders they put out, but in the smilesand genuine courtesy given to their patrons. I drive 15 to 20 minutes out of my way to come to this location because the one closest to me in Mansfield(Broad St.) is Trash... they always mess up your order and it?s not fresh! THIS LOCATION is very nice and Clean! The food is always Fresh and my orderis always Correct! Read more
Went here for milkshakes on a week night. Ordered one medium vanilla and one medium chocolate shake in the drive through.... Employee taking the order at the speaker continued to cut us off before we could clarify the order. When the order was broughtout, the vanilla shake was only half full, and the chocolate wasn?t much better. I paid full price for half an order. Read more

I come through the drive thru yesterday and they forgot part of my order when I called and explained what was missing the... manager had told me my order would be replaced. I came here today and they only wanna give me part of the order they refused toreplace my whole order like they had said they would.
