I love Whataburger but this location uses their fryer oil too long. The fried items taste like athletes foot. I called to tell... them and they didn?t seem concerned. I?d love to change this to 5 stars. I eat here all the time but unless I can get a responseI?ll have to elsewhere. This has been happening since they reopened. Read more

This Whataburger location always provides fast and friendly service with a smile! And for some reason the biscuits and gravy at... this location are SO MUCH BETTER than the biscuits and gravy at other Whataburger locations?I don?t know why, but the flavor ofthe gravy is amazingly delicious!! Both drive thru service lanes are almost always open, which makes getting through the drivethrough that much faster! Even better is the SWEET TEA - so good! E we usually choose to dine in so we can refill our drinksjust before leaving! I love Whataburger the most! Read more

We love Whataburger but this location is having issues. Curbside pick up is never ready within the given time frame. Our past... two visits items were forgotten in our order. Check before you leave!! If you order an item with toast, the toast is usuallyburned. Read more

This whataburger used to be the worst and literally they pulled a complete 180. The food used to always be cold and wrong most... of the time but now that they had the remodel done its way way way better. It's like indescribably better. Thanks for fixing allthe issues from before and moving forward. It's really great to see and yall should be proud. I know we're happy over here???? Edit: Last night my food was horrible so I'm deleting a star. Cold fries, cold sandwich. I couldn't eat my sandwich orfries it was that bad. Yall should be more consistent regardless of your having a good or bad night. You're a place where peopleeat food at. Read more

Love the burgers with Texas toast so different from what I'm used to back on the east coast. Definitely worth the drive lol.

First time at this location. First time dining inside one. My other experiences in the Allen area with this chain were... disappointing. The food had cooled off too quickly from the drive home after we picked it up thru drive thru. This was muchbetter. Everything was hot and fresh. I liked the tableside offering of the condiments. The Spicy Ketchup is GREAT! Had aDouble Cheeseburger. Nice and hot. Gave the extra tomatoes to my wife. 4 were just too much for me, but she enjoyed them. Iwould return if I lived in this area. My try one of thr new ones they have built in the Kansas City are when I return home, just to compare. Read more

Newly-rebuilt store looks great. Food is very good, too. But... Whataburger is a legend around these parts, and has a... well-deserved reputation for quality fast food that's cooked to order. Today I had a Whatachicken, and it was really good. Hadn't had one in a while, and I've been missing out. This location is a good one, and now that it's been rebuilt, it's brightand inviting inside. But I have to ask... When training employees, why is it so hard to teach them to say "Please" and "Thankyou"? Guys, good food isn't enough. I can go to any one of zillions of choices, and I prefer people who treat me like theyappreciate my business. Maybe it just one of those things, but today's service was pretty indifferent. I'll be back to thislocation, no doubt, but it doesn't jump to the top of my favorites list. Read more

Finally open after remodeling/rebuilding the last few months. It looks great. I miss the booths, but the building looks and... smells clean. Many return visits are in store with this new, clean interior, and of course the delicious patty melt. Great jobon the interior design. Read more
