I went to this place @4:58pm for dine-in. Since the dine-in starts at 5pm she just refused to serve us. who does that it was... about to start in 2min she could have asked us to wait but she said straight no. There was also a guy with his daughter(probably5yo) the kid was literally crying she could have atleast serve them. She was taking orders in drive thru but refused to serveus. They gave me a pecan chicken salad that had been sitting out. I could tell because I know what blue cheese looks like when it?s... been sitting out on the counter for a while. The apples in it were all brown and mushy. Thankfully the chicken they add after..but the salad itself was disgusting. I should report this location for food safety violations. I bet it wouldn?t pass a randominspection. Read more
I have a full video of this unprofessional manager I simply asked for corporate number or DM due to poor staffing issues in the... morning shift this Wendy?s opens doors at 9:30 or 10. Customers whom wants big orders in am are not allowed to do drive thur more than 2 orders this my 1st time asked about a issue that has been going for months now. Read more
The food was barely warm and the fries had the "old oil" taste. My daughter and I used to eat at this Wendy's 3-4 times a week... and thought it had the best food (fast food) around. I guess a couple of years can make a huge difference. Read more
Have to say the food is always fresh and hot. But the problem is, it's rarely the correct order! ???? At least not during lunch.... I've stopped going back to get it corrected. I just figured it's a game of Russian roulette when I get back to office. SometimesI win and get extra, sometimes I lose and get cheated out. A few times I'm surprised and get it right! Wonder how long until they shut this location down cos of losing customers cos of their rude staff. That being said I feel for... the few actually-nice folks that work here and try to do their jobs, but have to deal with their horrible coworkers' attitudesand tempers. Y'all act tough but have such huge egos. You probably have stuff going on in your lives or hate your jobs, butruining everyone else's days won't make it better. Read more
