The customer service exhibited by the Cashier (Charles) not sure of last name taking orders at the front register was above... board impeccable very welcoming and customer friendly. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from here and when we opened the package we literally found the bun with cheese inside. Such... an embarrassment for this location. I went back to have them replace it and it was 5 till closing which I understand is cuttingit close but I pulled up to the speaker just to be told they already closed 5 minutes til, I asked the woman if they could atleast replace the sandwich they made very incorrectly only to be told again that they were closed and couldn't handle myproblem. Twice this week tried to drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. They take 1 order, cook that order, hand it off, then take... next order. After waiting 20 mins I drove off. Deal with these clowns at your own risk. Read more
I honeswettly do not recommend anyone to go there cause I found unprofessional staff. I had never experienced like that,... actually I went to there pick up food from uber eats. The time was 11:15pm. I was about to go drive thru but I saw some girlsgoing inside the restaurant. So I wanted to go inside pick up the food but unfortunately door was locked then I saw some peoplecoming from car, I waited to go inside with them. And they were friends of those girls who went inside few min ago. They calledher and she came to open the door then I went inside with them but the staff came and keep my and get me out from therestaurant. He said you go drive thru and I said I am here to pick up the order and he replied go drive thru dine room isclosed. And I asked so why they are in there? He did not say anything and ask my customer name I told the customer name Iwaited 10 minutes. And finally he came to asked customer name and I told him the customer name and I asked him, how long does itgoing to take time? He replied 3 Moore min and I waited 10 min but he did not come and I cancel the order . I found discriminate there . Cause he allowed to go inside them who were same race like him. The food here is good, the staff is friendly especially the managers. However, I would suggest that if you place an online... order or order from the drive thru that you check your order before leaving. I have had trouble with order errors when orderingthrough the app and at the drive thru. They were always really nice and helpful in resolving the errors, which I appreciated(many restaurants are not so accommodating in fixing their mistakes). Also, the technology for ordering inside the restaurantis still in its infancy and has bugs that need to be fixed. When ordering inside, it is best to order at the counter where ateam member takes your order. All of that being said, my dinner I purchased tonight was incredibly fresh and very very tasty! I can't get enough of their new Big Bacon Cheddar burger, it is their best creation to date in my opinion! If you want a goodburger, you should definitely try it out! Read more
