Came through your drive thru today around 1pm. Was rushed to complete my order and could not get my out what I wanted to order... without being rushed to the next thing. Very poor customer service. Read more
Went through drive through and the cashier was really nice but the girl at 2nd window literally threw my bags st me and slammed... the window close. I was very upset and tried calling her back for sauce but she never turned around. Management do your job ifshe does not like hers get her out of there. Will not be going back. Read more
This was a positive dining experience overall. The prices were the same as anywhere and the service was acceptable. Most drinks... and condiments were in stock. The dining room was clean and there were no significant issues. My order was paced up to go, but Ihad planned to dine in. The question was never asked so I don't know why the assumption was made. I will never come to this location their super slow and rude. I waited in line for over 10 minutes because one of the register... was not working. And it wasn't until the person trying to order asked 5mins later did they swap to another register. On top ofthat Maria took a customer order wrong and instead of taken my order then the person. She took the lady ahead of me after Iwaited for so long. Read more
Good food and fairly quick drive thru service but, sometimes the staff make weird choices like giving you drink holders that you... didn't want (that was also cracked) or ask for with the drinks not fully sealed....a large drink spilled all over me and mybrand new vehicle as a result of this and the staff member acted like he didn't even care... just turned and walked away.
