They ran out of Asiago cheese for their new menu item. That in itself wasn't the real issue. The entire kitchen crew was up at... the counter when they called me over to tell me they ran out of cheese. Odd, but ok. While all the staff was encircled behindthe counter, the manager came and asked if I wanted another cheese instead. I explained to her as well that we came for theAsiago. She asked what we wanted so I said a refund. She quipped, "You don't want a different cheese?" I said again, "No." Whilesighing audibly and being seemingly annoyed, so refunded the sandwiches affected. Don't be annoyed at customers who come for aspecific advertised item and that they don't want to substitute for a lesser item because you don't keep your inventory stockedproperly. Read more
I tell you what those employees are the prime example of how to run a drive thru. We are talking 5 min max wait time on lunch... rush. You guys and gals really set the bar high well done. Everyone needs a raise in there. Read more
This restaurant is extremely dirty and the associates would rather have personal conversations than take care of the customers.... I asked for ketchup and chili sauce and the associate seemed like that it was an issue ! When she gave it to me they were allsticky and had nasty stuff attached to them . I went in to ask for cleaner ones and the manager tells me ? these are not fromhere we don?t order them ? I?m like huh ? This is Wendy?s right ??? Don?t eat here ! At 130Pm, they just decided to close the diner to make you go thru the drive thru for no reason other than they didn't want to... deal with it. Also they had a few diners and employees in there with the doors locked which is illegal under city fire code. Even says on the door, All doors must stay unlocked under business hours. Manager should be held accountable. Read more
I don't normally bother leaving reviews for fast food, but I want to today. I always enjoy the nuggets. But today I am leaving a... review for the drive thru crew. They are such sweet ladies. Fast service and cheap food. The baconator and fries are always fresh. Parking lot can be challenging to get in and out of, but... does have good access to the highway. Read more
