This is honestly probably my 3rd time ever in iife visiting waffle house. First and 2nd time was in 2015. I went this day just... to get something totally out of my norm. I'm sorry I just don't care for the atmosphere at waffle house. I'd rather not seethe chaotic goings on of the kitchen while I'm waiting for my meal and not during eating. Also in line with my other 2 visitsyears back it didn't seem very clean in here. The person that sat me recleaned my counter area before i sat down but there wasfood in my seat so I wiped that out and the napkin dispenser had dried syrup and ketchup on it. I didn't like the Philly bowlat all quite bland but the blueberry waffles my waiter recommended were good. I rated the service a 5 because I was seatedquickly. Not clean at all.. silverware, table, menu, etc.... I asked for hot water so I could wipe the table. Brought my waffle home... since they don't offer hot syrup, chewing and pulled plastic out of my mouth.... Read more
Weird vibe but the staff was superb and very well trained. They handled the heat and the customers with Grace . Excited to go... back. I do prefer it when it's slower/ less busy but it was very nice to eat there with my family :) Read more
Kat was absolutely disgusting to my girls when came in there to order food to go. She used foul language towards them. I'm... completely baffled by the treatment they received today. 08/12/22. Had a rough day and most other restaurants were closed when I decided to eat here late at night. The atmosphere lifted my... spirits. Hearing the staff engaging in banter and having fun among themselves reminded me of home. Ebony provided exceptionalservice, and was very kind to me, as she was to all other diners. Service like that can mean the world to someone who's having abad day. Food was good too, of course, and very fairly priced. I came in an emotional wreck, and left with a smile and a fullbelly. I love Waffle House. I travel all over the country and try to find hotels located near one. This one is near my home so I... thought I was in luck. EDIT - this place had issues for years and I?ve avoided visiting. I returned today to find a fresh crewand a new attitude. Editing my previous review to reflect that. Fresh coffee, eggs made to order, fast friendly service in aspotless diner. That?s what Waffle House should be and this one nailed it. Read more
Staff had a great attitude, they were dancing around and singing to the juke box as they took care of the patrons, put a smile... on my face several times. Cook personally asked me how I liked my food as I special ordered something, he did great btwaltogether would highly recommend this location! Read more
As soon as you walk through the door 1-3 people greet you. The food is always good with prices just as good. The staff is always... cleaning and pay attention to the customers needs. Read more
