Food was ok. Didn't like whatever it was that they added to the ketchup. The burger didn't taste like it was seasoned at all.... The waffle fries were too crispy for my taste. And again, whatever they seasoned them with made them taste a little off. Theserver was nice, but rarely checked on us or asked to refill our drinks even when they were noticably empty. I was alsoexpecting a menu with more variety. It's basically a burger joint with some salad options, appetizers, and several burgeroptions. Went to the ballpark yesterday for a Tuesday night game. Started the evening at Troy’s. Sat down at an open table. Waitress... passed us over 6 times. Decided to go to the bar for drinks and a pretzel for our party. Spending $70+. As soon as I sat backdown the manager rudely made us get up from our table because we had not followed their seating protocol. How are we supposed toknow? The place was empty with seats when we got there clearly and only after I spend money at your establishment do you finallydecide to interact with me easily could have told me the procedure while your waitress was actively ignoring us and instead youstick me in the 100 degree heat. My husband took his Supervisory crew along with their significant others. We had a group of 14. The restaurant had good reviews... so we felt okay dining there. Our original drink drink order and all the appetizers came out on time and tasted great. That'sabout where it ended. Wednesday is steak night and since they only have it one night a week we figured it would be good andseveral people ordered a steak which came with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Every steak had cold potatoes, the steak wasvery tough and the brussel sprouts were under cooked. For those of us who ordered a burger, most were okay but several peoplegot the wrong toppings on their burger. The waffle fries were so crispy and over cooked it felt like you were eating garlictoast. The waitress was doing the best she could and because they were understaffed, she had a couple additional tables. I'm notsure what happened but a second drink order took over 30 minutes. Many people couldn't even eat. My husband talked with themanager and expressed his disappointment. We did get our drinks complimentary but we ended up ordering food at the main bar sopeople could be fed. I doubt we will be back. Read more
Went to Troy’s this past Thursday before the rangers game. Had a burger and fries. Burger was okay, a bit over cooked. Fries... came with some of the bag used to package the fries in the bowl. Guess some of the bag ended up in the fryer and into my bowl.Other than the screw up on food, the service was decent. Place is a bit overpriced for what they offer, but certainly overpricedwhen you receive food with physical contaminants. Read more

Post wrestlemania beers and shots with the boys. Fantastic experience and great to taste the local brew stuff. Staff were so... genuine and awesome, sad to leave but hopefully be back someday ?? Read more
Food was great, but the Eight lager was disappointing. It was basic and not up to par compared to offerings from nearby Revolver... and others. But the cocktails were very enjoyable and I would definitely come back for the food and poke nachos. 9/10 wouldrecommend ????. Read more
Great atmosphere for game day. Yet so packed and crowded that getting any kind of actual service is not gonna happen. The menu... isn’t that great. We had a pretzel appetizer that was dry and bland. They brought no plates. No napkins and no silverware withour pretzel. Several minutes after we received it we were given some kind of shredded cheese as a dipping option. I ordered thepimento burger being the plainest burger on the menu. It was brought out to temperature and seemed fine but had a strange odor.I chalked it up to the pimento. My small plastic cup filled with ice and 4oz of soda was never refilled. We were there an hour.One drink. No refill. Dry pretzel. Huge burger and waffle fries. And 4 oz of soda to wash it all down. I had one bite of thepretzel. Ate 1/3 of the burger. Paid. Tipped $10. Then went up to Loews and puked my guts out for 20 minutes. Live music wasgreat. Server was either aloof or just too busy. Not her fault. She can only be as good as she is trained. I wanted to ask for amanager but felt the sickness coming so I just left.
